Ivy is rushed to the hospital after being shot during the chaotic wedding ceremony. Meanwhile, Arnaldo finds himself in police custody, where Julio, witnessing the crowd’s fury, orders the officers to lock him up.

He vows to take action against anyone who dares to oppose the Ardiente family, promising severe consequences for those who threaten their reputation.

Back at the Ardiente mansion, Julio instructs his lawyers to prepare for Arnaldo’s release, arguing that his arrest is illegal and that the evidence against him is merely fabricated. He asserts that anyone who speaks out against Arnaldo will face dire repercussions, determined to protect his family’s name at all costs.

In the hospital, Jepoy grapples with guilt, blaming himself for Ivy’s predicament. Ana reassures him that he is not at fault. Meanwhile, Carmia confides in Loring and Pandoy, revealing that Ivy is actually Lily, who had to change her identity to seek revenge on the Ardientes.

She expresses her fears that the Ardientes will k!ll Ivy if they discover the truth and pleads with them to keep her secret, to which they agree. Back at the police station, Diego confronts the authorities, demanding the arrest of Emilia for her role in the assassination attempt on Ivy.

He presents evidence on his phone, urging the hitman to reveal who ordered the attack. However, the hitman cryptically claims that it was the devil who gave the orders, prompting Diego to vow that he will ensure justice is served for all the harm they have caused.

Arnaldo, in his prison cell, throws a fit of rage, blaming Diego for ruining his wedding. When Diego visits him, he coldly informs Arnaldo that he will never reclaim Ivy and that he will rot behind bars.

Later, Diego makes his way to the hospital to see Ivy, apologizing to Carmia for failing to protect her daughter. Carmia expresses her gratitude for Diego’s loyalty to Ivy, confident that Ivy will not allow the Ardientes to triumph.

As Ivy awakens, she insists that everyone leave to avoid being seen together by the Ardientes, showcasing her awareness of the danger surrounding them. Julio uses television to send a message to the people, urging them not to believe any negative reports about them.

He then convenes a meeting with his security team and family, where they discover that Arthur is responsible for leaking Arnaldo’s confession. Enraged, Julio orders his head of security to find Arthur and bring him back—dead or alive.

Emilia insinuates that Diego orchestrated the entire situation, suggesting that it was all a setup. Julio agrees that they must proceed with caution. In a tense moment, Ivy pleads with her mother to leave, warning her that this won’t be the last attempt on her life.

Carmia vows that she will protect Ivy at all costs, even if it means taking a bullet for her. Outside the Ardiente mansion, Julio’s henchmen search for Arthur but come up empty-handed.

Ivy receives a letter from Arthur, returning the ransom money, and instructs her secretary to donate it to charity, declaring that the Ardientes may have stolen it, but she will ensure it goes to those who truly deserve it.
