Ivy Laughs in the Face of Emilia’s Panic & Deception. Jaguar Pursues Emilia. Arnaldo Faces the Consequences.
Ivy stands laughing at Emilia, who is in a panic over the thought of having swallowed poison. Claire, concerned for Emilia’s well-being, desperately tries to get her to throw up to expel the supposed toxin from her system.
Just as the situation escalates, Ivy catches herself and reveals that there is no poison in the bottle after all; she had switched it out. With a smirk, Ivy tells Emilia that she could never poison her mother-in-law but warns her against crossing her again.
In a dramatic flourish, she hurls the bottle at Emilia and storms out, leaving Emilia in a state of disbelief. Overwhelmed by relief and the sudden realization that she has not been poisoned, Emilia faints, prompting Claire to rush off to find help.
However, when Claire returns, she discovers that Emilia has mysteriously vanished. Emilia slowly regains consciousness in an unfamiliar place, disoriented and confused about how she ended up there.
Just then, Jaguar appears, declaring that he has taken her away because he wants to be with her. He blindfolds Emilia and begins to seduce her. Despite her initial instinct to resist, as she does not want to betray Raul, Emilia’s thoughts drift to all the times Raul has been unfaithful to her.
In a moment of defiance, she decides to go along with Jaguar, seeking a sense of payback for Raul’s past betrayals. Meanwhile, Arnaldo finds himself in a troubling situation at a bachelorette party, mistaking an exotic dancer for Ivy.
When the dancer tries to protest, Arnaldo ignores her and prepares to force himself on her. Just then, Madrigal appears, announcing his arrival and providing the dancer with a chance to escape.
Left alone with Madrigal, Arnaldo begrudgingly acknowledges his suit and learns that Madrigal now works for Jaguar, who has ominously sent a message that Arnaldo’s days are numbered. Back at the mansion, Julio hears gunshots and sends his men to investigate.
Jepoy manages to escape the chaos but suffers a gunshot wound in the process. He returns home to treat his injury, but Ana is furious when she sees him, knowing Ivy will be upset about his reckless actions.
Meanwhile, Julio is distressed to learn about Madrigal’s new allegiance to Jaguar. When Arnaldo calls Ivy to inform her that Jepoy attacked him, she becomes enraged and demands to meet Jepoy.
During their confrontation, Ivy scolds Jepoy for undermining her plans, but he challenges her, suggesting she has forgotten her desire for revenge and is instead concerned about Arnaldo.
Ivy insists that she cannot overlook the pain caused by the Ardientes, which is why her plans must proceed. Jepoy apologizes but expresses frustration over Ivy’s change in attitude since his return. He confesses his long-standing love for her, which catches Ivy off guard.
However, she urges him to stick to her plans if he truly cares for her. Jepoy vows to do everything in his power to prevent her marriage to Diego. Meanwhile, Emilia returns home after her encounter with Jaguar, and Raul immediately notices a bite mark on her neck.
When he inquires about it, Emilia lies, claiming it is merely an insect bite, but Raul’s suspicion grows, leading him to threaten anyone he believes is involved with her. Later, Ivy seeks Diego’s assistance regarding Jepoy, but Diego is disheartened to learn that Ivy remains committed to marrying Arnaldo.
He embraces her one last time before the wedding, knowing it may be their final moment together. As Jepoy sulks at home, he asks Ana if løving Ivy is wrong. She reassures him that love is not inherently bad, but it does not guarantee reciprocation.
Meanwhile, Arnaldo, feeling uneasy about Ivy’s freedom, decides to keep her confined in the mansion until after their wedding, instructing his men to ensure she does not leave, determined to avoid any potential mishaps on their big day.Read Next Episode on Wildflower Episode 66
