However, the atmosphere shifts dramatically when two men, hired by Emilia, attempt to abduct Ana right in front of him. Diego’s protective instincts kick in, and he rushes to Ana’s aid, fiercely confronting the assailants.
In a tense struggle, he manages to overpower them, retrieving a gün from one of the attackers. Despite the chaos, Diego demands to know who sent them, but the man remains tight-lipped.
The police, who have been monitoring the situation, intervene, advising Diego to calm down as they take the men into custody. Ana, visibly shaken by the ordeal, expresses her heartfelt gratitude to Diego for saving her.

However, the tables turn when Arthur fights back, seizing control of the situation and threatening Ivy’s life if his demands are not met. Meanwhile, Jepoy tracks Rufo, who has made a dangerous deal with Julio, leading to a confrontation between the two.

Back in the midst of the chaos, Arnaldo finally discovers Ivy, who is bound and traumatized by her harrowing experience. She cannot stop crying, overwhelmed by the fear and trauma inflicted upon her. In a tender moment, she asks Arnaldo what Arthur meant when he warned her to be careful of him.
Arnaldo reassures her, downplaying Arthur’s threats and promising that he will protect her at all costs. He vows to marry her, declaring their løve as a strong force that will withstand any obstacles. Arnaldo takes Ivy back to his home, instructing her to conceal her distress from his family to protect her from further scrutiny.
He carries her into the house, telling Julio that Ivy is unwell due to food poisoning from a restaurant meal. Julio, concerned but trusting Arnaldo’s judgment, prepares the guest bedroom for Ivy to rest and calls for a doctor to ensure her well-being.
Jaguar sends Jepoy a couple of suits, inviting him to join his entourage now that Rufo is no longer of use to him. Meanwhile, Emilia, ever the skeptic, dismisses Ivy’s distress as mere theatrics, claiming she is pretending. This draws Arnaldo’s ire, and he firmly tells Emilia to leave the room, asserting his desire to protect Ivy.
