Trouble Brews With Stephen’s Arrival In La Sinfonia, Which Threatens To Upend Ling & Bingo’s Mission.
Ling and Bingo simultaneously reflect on what had almost happened between them and decide that they should be focusing on their business and not anything else. Unable to sleep later that night, Ling broods outside by a fire and Bingo joins her and keeps her company.
Ling looks forward to getting some answers from Mr. Ibe tomorrow. When morning comes, Mr. Ibe goes through the guest list and realizes that Ling is Caroline Tiu. On this note, he refuses to do business with her and Bingo when they come to see him.
Ling desperately asks about what he knows about her mother. The guy insists that he doesn’t know anything before driving away. Like a bad cancer and incurable virus, Stephen arrives in town and begins asking around for directions, hellbent on tracking down Ling and Bingo.
Tension builds back at home as Charleston confronts his father for getting his hopes up and choosing his sister. Wilson justifies his actions and as Bettina adds to the trouble, Charleston declares that he’s going to sell all his shares and it won’t go to anyone with the last name Tiu.
Ling is bummed out over Mr. Ibe’s reaction and Bingo tries to reassure. Stalker alert: Stephen arrives at the lodge and asks Ms. Girlie about Ling and Bingo.
The duo finally show up and Stephen begins undermining and talking down at Bingo as usual, revealing that he’s now their business partner and financier. Ling holds Bingo back from going at him, then drags Stephen aside to talk some sense into him.
When he asks if Bingo is her boyfriend, she replies in the negative but hints that she could say yes if he asks her. Exasperated, Stephen continues whining and Ling makes it clear that her priority isn’t to be in any relationship.
Irene is stressed out at work following the election for the COO. She refrains from contacting Snoop to talk to him and resolves to take comfort in Aldrich. Snoop goes to the warehouse to ask for a job and he’s taken by surprise to see Irene hugging Aldrich.
Later, he wonders why he seems to be feeling jealous. Ironically, Irene feels homesick and reflects on her moments with Snoop which makes her smile and pretty concerned for herself. Bingo and Stephen throw jibes at each other as they dine together at an eatery with Caroline.
Later, Ling explains things to Bingo and urges him to give Stephen a chance since he’s now their business partner. Annie is delighted to learn about the trouble at the Tius and he urges Sherwin to get to Charleston before anyone.
Stephen goes to see Mr. Ibe to try to convince him to reconsider doing business with him and Caroline. The guy shuts him down and runs him off, saying that he doesn’t want to answer any questions regarding Divine’s death and the Orchid Place disaster.
While Ling and Bingo hang out, Stephen reports to Cindy and she charges him to ensure that Caroline doesn’t talk to Gilbert because of his connection to Annie. Without wasting time, Cindy contacts Gina and notifies her, hopeful that Stephen will be able to stall Caroline.
When Wilson comes upon the scene, Cindy puts on an act when he questions her. Charleston who had been observing from above walks away silently. Meanwhile, Stephen confronts Bingo and provokes him into a fight.
Coming upon the scene, Ling and Ms. Girlie strive to break them up. Ling is taken by surprise when Stephen declares that she can’t trust Bingo because his mother was Gilbert’s accomplice in the Orchid Place disaster.Read Next Episode on Can’t Buy Me Love Episode 45
