Diego Investigates The Source of the Ardiente Fortune. Ivy & Camia Outsmart Emilia & Nimfa. Ivy Falls Victim To Emilia’s Trap.
After a tense confrontation with Emilia, Ivy heads home, but Diego can’t shake off the feeling that she’s in danger. He spends the night poring over a map of Pablocion Ardiente, trying to figure out where the Ardientes might be hiding their money.
He marks several locations, but after investigating each one, he realizes that his family’s wealth isn’t hidden in any of these places. Meanwhile, Camia tries to meet with Ivy, and Nimfa overhears her plans. Nimfa reports back to Emilia, who decides to follow Ivy, while Nimfa follows Camia.
However, both Ivy and Camia are onto them and lead them on a wild goose chase. They deliberately try to mislead their followers, with Camia walking out of a café’s back door and Ivy pretending to meet friends. The plan works, and Nimfa and Emilia lose track of their targets.
As the stakes escalate, Diego decides to follow Arnaldo, who leads him to a funeral home that might be hiding the Ardientes’ wealth. Diego takes pictures and sends them to Ivy, but Arnaldo becomes suspicious when he catches her talking on the phone.
Ivy quickly covers, telling Arnaldo that she’s discussing a problem at her realty with one of her employees. However, Arnaldo’s trust is wavering, and he doesn’t seem to believe her. To repair their relationship, Arnaldo asks Ivy to have dinner with Emilia, and Ivy agrees.
Meanwhile, Raul tries to win Julio’s approval for marrying Emilia again, but Julio is having none of it. Raul claims to have changed, but Julio knows better. Raul then decides to support Diego’s campaign, seeing an opportunity to bring down the Ardientes.
Diego meets with Camia and Marlon to discuss his campaign, and they come up with a plan to mobilize voters. Emilia sets a trap for Ivy, and despite Ivy’s suspicions, she walks right into it. As she realizes something is wrong, a group of men appears, and Ivy demands to know where Emilia is.
The men attack Ivy, but she fights back with all her might. Despite her skills, she’s ultimately overpowered and grabbed by the goons. Meanwhile, Emilia is celebrating her victory at home, unaware of the chaos that’s about to unfold.
Diego’s warnings and Ivy’s precautions have fallen on deaf ears, and now she’s at the mercy of Emilia’s henchmen. Ivy’s fate hangs in the balance, and it’s unclear what will happen to her next.
