Ling’s Meeting With The Woman From Her Past Goes Awry. Bingo Is Left Devastated When Caroline Rejects His Proposal.
Bingo indulges Snoop as he continues enjoying the food and goes on about how good it is. Snoop begins asking about his exchange with Caroline before and he assures him that they’re good. Bingo texts Ling to tell her that they’ll be leaving soon.
The sound of glass shattering on the floor grabs their attention and they look to find Edward dissing a waiter while Bettina strives to calm him down. Having had enough, Ling finally talks to Pato on the phone and demands to know why she won’t stop pestering her.
The woman states that they must meet up in person because she has something important to tell her about her past; she even has evidence to back it up. Caroline reluctantly agrees and asks her for the time and location.
While snooping around the mansion, Bingo bumps into Charleston and he sizes him up and thanks him for saving his sisters. In no time, Caroline shows up and when Bingo asks if there’s something wrong, she replies in the negative.
Bingo then hands her a package from his grandma and she asks him to extend her appreciation. Ling tells him that they’re done because she’s repaid her debt and had his pitch rescheduled. She offers her hand but before Bingo can shake it, Snoop comes running excitedly with some takeouts the nanny had given him.
Having cashed the cheque, Bingo gives Snoop his share for all of his help. He then meets up with the illicit eye dealer to pay him, only for the guy to tell him that the price has gone and it’ll cost him one million. Bingo gets pretty upset.
In the meantime, Caroline waits anxiously for Pato at a secluded building. Obviously, the poor woman doesn’t make it to the meeting place as she gets herself run over by a car on the road. Passerbys begin to crowd the place and we can’t help but wonder where the body has disappeared to.
At home, Bingo and Monching discuss how to deal with the situation. Bingo assures his grandma that she’ll be able to see clearly again. The reliable police investigate the hit-and-run and they come to the conclusion that Pato is mentally unstable.
They urge Caroline to notify them if she calls again. Charleston talks to his buddy on the phone, eager to track down the hacker in order to protect GLC. Santi tells him that the IP address was traced to an internet cafe and his men are still trying to track down the hacker.
Bingo excitedly prepares for his OPIP pitch at GLC. He gets to the company very early and sets up his presentation. Carlo walks in, announcing that as Operations Manager, he’ll be standing in for his father.
Caroline bumps into Irene outside and there’s a moment where they bicker before heading inside. Irene seems to recognize Bingo but can’t pinpoint where she knows him from. Bingo claims it’s probably from the dinner at the mansion.
Anyway, Bingo proceeds to present his pitch which Irene eagerly supports. Carlo asks for Ling’s take and she scrutinizes the pitch, going on about the losses the company could incur in a bad scenario. Ling disapproves of the OPIP project, stating that it needs further research before they can approve the 1 million grant.
Bingo leaves pretty downcast. Irene is exasperated when Carlo commends Ling’s assessment for the well-being of the company. She laments and throws jibes at her sister which doesn’t seem to faze her, leaving Carlo amused. Upon catching some workers gossiping about her and Irene, Caroline confronts them and gives them an earful.
Wilson has dinner with Gina and Carlo and Carlo brings up how Caroline had professionally rejected Bingo’s proposal. Gina expresses her disbelief on the matter though Wilson can’t help but to relate and understand. While Bingo gets himself drunk with Snoop, Ling pays a surprise visit to his family.
Grandma Nene and Monching receive her warmly and they have her join them for dinner. Ling gives them her new phone number which she had changed for security reasons. Bingo arrives home and he’s pretty upset to find Caroline there.
