A Dark Past Leaves The Ardientes In Turmoil. Lily & Camia Get Caught In The Unending Cycle of Violence.
Camia’s desperate eyes locked onto Ivy’s as she begged her to find her daughter. Ivy’s initial disappointment gave way to determination as she decided to play along. “I’ll help you find your daughter, but you need to come with me,” Ivy said, her voice firm but gentle.
Camia nodded fervently, and Ivy’s resolve hardened. Meanwhile, Julio summoned Diego to his presence, his anger palpable even through the phone. “Where’s Ivy?” he demanded, his voice low and menacing. Diego’s jaw clenched as he replied, “I won’t tell you even if I knew.”
Julio’s face twisted in rage, and he raised his crutches, but Diego was quicker. He caught them mid-air and pinned Julio with a stern gaze. “You won’t hurt me like you did when I was a child,” Diego declared, his voice dripping with conviction.
As Julio seethed, he ordered Arnaldo to scour the city for Ivy. He then paid a visit to Emilia, who was still recovering at the guest house. His criticism cut deep, and Emilia’s eyes welled up with tears as he berated her. “You’re a worthless wife, mother, governor, and daughter,” Julio sneered.
Diego, on the other hand, crossed paths with Arnaldo on the highway. Arnaldo gave up the search, but Diego’s determination remained unwavering. Following a lead, Diego tracked Ivy’s car to a location near the Torillo residence in San Ildefonso.
The mansion was locked behind iron gates, and Diego’s instincts told him to wait. As he turned to leave, Ivy’s voice called out to him from the window, but he was already driving away. She tried to flag him down, but it was too late.
Raul, meanwhile, was desperate to escape the house. He spiked his guards’ drinks and made a run for it. Emilia, however, had other plans. She followed Raul, her eyes blazing with a fierce determination.
As Raul entered the Torillo mansion, Ivy hid in the closet, her heart racing. Raul’s intentions seemed innocent enough, but Ivy knew better. She waited until he left to fetch food before whispering to Camia, “We need to get out of here, now.”
As they attempted to break down the wall, the house erupted in flames. Emilia’s eyes gleamed with malice as she watched the inferno from a distance. Ivy’s voice remained calm, reassuring Camia that they would find a way out.
With a Herculean effort, Ivy broke through the wall, but her relief was short-lived. A beam crashed down, trapping Camia beneath the rubble. Flames licked at her skin, and Ivy’s screams were lost in the roar of the fire.Read Next Episode on Wildflower Episode 27
