“Ayşe’s Life Hangs in the Balance as Hande’s Plot Reaches the Ward and Azade Catches Adnan with Saadet”
Ferit storms into Mirza’s office, holding him by the shirt and demanding to know what he did at his house and how he managed to find his address. Mirza calmly tells him to take it easy, reminding him that Ayşe works for him. But Ferit is furious— saying that when he left the house that morning, Ayşe was healthy and demands to know what Mirza did to his wife. Mirza insists that instead of gratitude, he is being attač̣ked.
He explains that Ayşe had called him sounding weak and in pain, which is why he went to check on her. Then he questions Ferit, asking where he was when his wife needed him. Ferit snaps, telling him he has no right to ask such questions and warning him that if he ever harms Ayşe, he will k!ll him. Angered, Mirza responds that he is a doctor trained to save lives, not destroy them.
He vows to do everything in his power to save Ayşe and advises Ferit to go wash his face and regain his composure. Ferit storms out in rage, while Mirza mutters asking God for patience. Outside, Ferit is lost in thought, when Vedia and Leman arrive. A worried Vedia immediately asks about Ayşe. Ferit admits he doesn’t know what happened because Ayşe collapsed at home.
Leman questions why he wasn’t there taking care of her as Müge rushes into his arms, crying and praying that Ayşe gets better. Azade soon arrives, and Ferit explains to the family that Ayşe has been moved to the intensive care unit and is in critical condition. Azade tells Ferit to stay strong for his wife and unborn child. Ferit leaves, still visibly shaken. Afterward, Azade makes a private call, asking about the doctor in charge of Ayşe’s care.
Leman overhears and questions Azade, reminding her that Ferit and Ayşe were divorced. Azade retorts that Ayşe is still her daughter-in-law and that the divorce will be annulled. She angrily scolds Leman for bringing up such a matter at a time like this. Meanwhile, Leman calls Sinan, asking him where he is since the family is already at the hospital.
Ferit steps outside again to gather his thoughts when Sinan arrives. He sits beside Ferit despite being told to leave, reminding him they are brothers and shouldn’t face pain alone. Ferit insists on seeing her, and though hesitant, Mirza allows it. Elsewhere, at a hotel, Adnan begins feeling hot while Saadet pretends the room is cold. He decides to leave but becomes dizzy. When he reaches for his medication, Saadet pretends to search but delays giving it to him. He collapses, and while pretending to care, Saadet secretly smiles in triumph.
At the hospital, Ferit sits by Ayşe’s side as Mirza steps out. Ayşe briefly opens her eyes, and Ferit reassures her that he will always be by her side. She asks what happened and says her body hurts all over. Ferit comforts her, promising her that she will recover. She recalls dreaming of their daughter, saying the baby looked just like him and asks him to finish decorating the nursery. When Mirza asks her to check Ayşe’s vitals, she pretends to comply but tries to leave. Mirza notices a phone left near the bed still connected to Hande. The nurse hastily claims it’s hers, grabs it, and exits. Suspicious, Mirza follows her discreetly.
At the hotel, Azade arrives and finds Saadet with the unconscious Adnan. Furious, she wakes him up and demands answers, accusing him of being shameless for cheating at his age. She orders Saadet to dress up and tells Adnan also to get dressed. she declares she would rather spit on his grave than forgive his betrayal.
Later, as Ferit and Sinan decorate the nursery, they share an emotional reconciliation. Sinan apologizes for the pain he caused and admits his regret. Ferit recalls how much it hurt when Sinan slapped him, but instead of retaliating, he embraces his brother. At the mansion, Azade and Adnan arrive home, still tense which Leman witnesses.
Upstairs, Azade unleashes her anger, accusing him of disgracing their family. Adnan admits that their children are the only thing keeping them together and coldly suggests she could even announce his affair publicly if she wishes. Azade is devastated, accusing him of betrayal not only of her, but of their children and everyone in the household while Ayşe fights for her life shocking Adnan.
