“Ayşe Fights for Her Life After Hande’s Poisoning as Ferit Confronts Mirza and Azade Faces Adnan’s Betrayal”
Sinan arrives outside the café and Müge notices him. She approaches, and he hands her a gift meant for Ferit. Müge suggests that Sinan deliver it himself, but he refuses. She embraces him, saying she knows he hasn’t really made peace inside, and urges him to come in with her to finally end his conflict with Ferit.
Still, Sinan insists she be the one to give Ferit the present, warning her not to reveal he came before walking away. Elsewhere, Zümrüt tells Azade that life feels so uncertain and fragile, even families can break apart. Azade responds that life is never a straight path, and they must carry its burdens wherever it leads. Zümrüt admits she no longer has the strength to keep going, breaking down in tears.
Azade reassures her, saying she loves her deeply and that her home will always be Zümrüt’s home too. However, she firmly adds that Hande will never be allowed into her house, since she has already made her decision about that. Zümrüt then wonders aloud if a mother could ever truly give up on her own child.
Azade replies that no one can, admitting she herself has made mistakes, but she won’t repeat them. She promises to prepare a home for Zümrüt and Hande, reminding her that as long as they are friends, she is never alone. Until Hussein is freed from prison, Azade vows to stay by her side. The two women hug as Kerim calls again, this time shattering Azade’s heart with news of a suspicious meeting at a hotel.
Meanwhile, Yaman keeps trying to reach Betül by phone, but she doesn’t answer. Hande remarks that Betül must be doing it on purpose to make him anxious. Just then, Betül walks in smiling. Yaman asks why her phone was off, and she explains the battery had died, kiṣ̌şing her husband to calm him. Yaman admits he was worried, but she reassures him.
Hande steps in, insisting she never meant to push Betül out of the house and only had nowhere else to go. Betül apologizes for her earlier harshness, asking her to call Zümrüt back and visit anytime since their doors are always open. She admits she sometimes says foolish things but doesn’t mean them.
Betül, holding Yaman’s hand, reminds Hande that she cannot take away her home or her husband.
She declares that they will remain as happy as Ferit and Ayşe, who have been reunited with joy for their child. This unsettles Hande deeply. Betül then tells Yaman she’s hungry, and he mentions their order is in the fridge. She heads off to shower and change before dinner, leaving Hande fuming.
Under her breath, Hande swears that Betül may feel secure now, but just like Ferit and Ayşe, her happiness will soon be destroyed. At the café, Ferit continues celebrating his birthday surrounded by loved ones. He thanks everyone joyfully and shares a tender moment with Ayşe, telling her he loves her. But Ayşe suddenly feels a sharp pain again, worrying Ferit.
Later that night, Azade and Kerim sit outside the hotel. Azade demands to know if Kerim is certain of what he saw. He confirms he witnessed it himself. At the same time, Ayşe and Ferit return home. She teases him for forgetting their keys at the café and jokes they might have to sleep outside. Ferit thanks her for changing his life, and Ayşe surprises him by pulling out a spare key she had hidden under a flowerpot. They hug with warmth.
The next morning, Ayşe dreams of standing on a mountaintop with Ferit, hand in hand, declaring their love. Suddenly, he vanishes, and she searches frantically, calling his name. She wakes up in agony, clutching her stomach. Meanwhile, Ferit and Ender break into Mirza’s truck, looking for incriminating evidence. Ender notes that Mirza is at the café, giving them time to search.
Back at home, Ayşe struggles through the pain, crawling toward her phone. She manages to call Ferit, but he ignores it, distracted by a photo album he found in Mirza’s things. Instead, Mirza calls Ayşe to ask about work. Weak and desperate, she tells him she is dying. Alarmed, Mirza rushes over.
Elsewhere, Hande calls an accomplice, demanding to know why nothing has happened to Ayşe after she is sure she ate the poisoned sweets. She mutters coldly that she promised the family’s heir would never be born into that mansion and vows to uproot every single one of them in her way while eating an apple. Meanwhile, Ayşe groans in pain before collapsing unconscious.
Mirza arrives in record time, breaking into her home and finding her on the floor. He checks her pulse, then carries her outside. Just as he is putting Ayşe into his car, Ferit arrives, shocked and furious. He accuses Mirza of harming his wife, but Mirza insists she is in critical condition and needs immediate hospital care.
Ferit, torn between rage and fear, finally gets into the car with them. On the drive, Mirza phones the hospital, warning them of the emergency. Ferit clutches Ayşe’s hand, begging her to hold on. Ayşe pleads with him not to let anything happen to their baby, and he promises to protect them both. At the hospital, doctors rush Ayşe inside.
Mirza tells Ferit to wait outside, assuring him they will do everything they can. Ferit refuses to leave her side, but Mirza insists. While doctors struggle to stabilize Ayşe, Ferit informs Vedia of the situation. At the mansion, Leman and Kezban worry about Azade’s absence, but Vedia angrily reveals Ayşe is in the hospital, silencing Leman’s complaints.
Meanwhile, Hande’s hired neighbor sneaks back into Ferit’s home, video-calling Hande to confirm Ayşe ate the poisoned sweets but might have survived thanks to someone’s intervention since their door was opened when she arrived. Hande coldly declares she will still rob Ferit and Ayşe of their happiness. At the hotel, Azade and Kerim continue their vigil. Kerim insists he has been watching all night.
Inside, Adnan and Saadet wake together. Saadet gushes about finally experiencing mornings by his side. Adnan admits it was a special night but reminds her it doesn’t make them lovers. She shrugs it off, saying she only treasures the moments when he shows her affection, even if he has a family.
Adnan confesses he hasn’t felt this alive in years, admitting his marriage is a battlefield that has left him weary. After insiting Adnan stays for breakfast Saadet hides his medication and secretly messages Yaman, saying their plan worked. Just then Azade storms toward the hotel entrance. But before she can confront him, she receives a devastating call from Leman: Ayşe is in the hospital in critical condition.
Shocked, Azade abandons her plan and rushes away with Kerim. At the hospital, Ferit sees Ayşe wheeled toward intensive care. A doctor informs him she was most likely poisoned and is fighting for her life. Ferit desperately asks if she will survive, but the doctor can only say they will try their best. Just then, Mirza’s phone rings. He excuses himself, stepping into his office to answer.
He tells the caller that Ayşe’s condition is extremely serious, and he can not tell who is more unlucky her or them. He assures the person on the other end that he will do everything in his power to save her. Moments later, Ferit barges into the office, seizing Mirza by the collar and demanding to know what he was doing in his house and how he even knew their address.
Mirza defends himself, saying he is a doctor trying to save Ayşe. Ferit thr£atens to k!ll him if he had anything to do with Ayşe’s suffering. Mirza, frustrated, reminds him that instead of gratitude, he is being attacked. He warns Ferit to come to his senses and let the doctors work, muttering a prayer for patience as Ferit storms out.
