Zümrüt breaks down in tears, terrified of the danger surrounding them because of Hussein. She turns to Hande, who comforts her, telling her not to lose hope and that they’ll find a way out. As she embraces her mother, Hande recalls secretly paying the thugs to stage the attač̣k earlier, making sure they would send her a warning message before acting, while also ordering them not to inform her father.
Hande then suggests that they leave their home. Zümrüt asks where they could possibly go, and Hande proposes staying with Yaman and Betül since they’re their friends and could help them through the crisis. Zümrüt disagrees, saying it wouldn’t be right since Yaman and Betül are a married couple. But Hande insists, declaring she’ll go there anyway. As she walks away, Zümrüt desperately calls after her, begging her to not to.
Meanwhile, Ferit tails Mirza to the hospital. Mirza meets with a doctor, handing over a DNA sample and asking for another round of testing to be certain of the results. He then heads into an office, unaware Ferit is following close behind. Spotting Ayşe’s file, Mirza quickly hides it. Ferit steps in, ready to confront him.
Mirza acknowledges that he suspected he was being followed all day. When asked to identify himself, he introduces himself as Mirza Tekin, a surgeon at the hospital. Ferit questions him about his specialty, but Mirza flips the question back, asking if he’s under investigation. Ferit replies that he simply doesn’t trust strangers easily. Mirza responds that doctors must be trusted because they save lives.
Ferit firmly tells him that a doctor’s white coat may conceal his dark side, but he can see through it. He adds that he has always respected Ayşe’s choices, including her decision to accept a job at the café, which he had bought from them. But he warns Mirza that if anything happens to his wife, he will hold him responsible.
Mirza asks if that was a thr£at, but Ferit clarifies it was a warning not to cross boundaries. Their conversation is cut short when a nurse reminds Mirza he has surgery scheduled. At the mansion, Müge seeks Leman’s permission to attend Ferit’s birthday celebration organized by Ayşe. Leman refuses, reminding her of Ferit’s treatment of Azade and warning her not to disobey.

Azade firmly replies that it’s none of their business and warns her not to interfere, insisting Müge will go. Azade tries baking but ends up ruining everything. Concerned, Leman asks if she’s okay, and Azade insists she is.
Hande takes her mother to Yaman’s house, where they bump into him outside. Zümrüt hesitates, suggesting they stay in a hotel, but Hande insists they don’t have the money. She hugs Yaman, dramatically saying something terrible happened. Zümrüt watches, uncomfortable. Inside, Betül, busy cooking, is stunned to see them arrive.
Yaman explains they were thr£atened at home and will be staying for a while, upsetting Betül. Hande exaggerates the attack to gain sympathy, while Zümrüt apologizes, saying they’ll leave the next day. Yaman assures them they’re not outsiders. Betül takes Zümrüt inside to console her while Yaman offers comfort before excusing himself.
Upstairs, Betül confronts Yaman, insisting she refuses to let Hande stay. She claims Hande dragged Zümrüt there and that she doesn’t trust her. Yaman argues they can’t turn their backs on friends in need. Betül angrily retorts that Zümrüt can stay, but Hande must leave, because she’s sure Hande came with ulterior motives.
Their heated exchange ends with Betül storming off in frustration, leaving Yaman exasperated. Zümrüt urges Hande to leave so they don’t cause more trouble, but Hande tells her to relax, convinced the couple will reconcile. Meanwhile, Betül thr£atens to leave the house if Yaman doesn’t respect her feelings. When she drives off, Zümrüt tells Yaman Betül was right, blaming them for disrupting the household. Elsewhere, Adnan finally reaches Saadet after several unanswered calls.
Saadet coldly tells him she didn’t pick up earlier because hearing his voice would only hurt more. Adnan insists on knowing her whereabouts, but she tells him it doesn’t matter, asking him to forget her and end things as they once were. Though she pretends to hang up in sadness, she actually smiles on her bed, deceiving him further.
Later, Ferit meets Ender at the restaurant. Ender is shocked to learn Mirza is a surgeon, commenting he doesn’t look like one. Ferit instructs him to continue investigating but to be cautious. After Ender leaves, Sinan enters and, to Ferit’s surprise, pays his bill as a birthday gesture despite their strained relationship. Though Sinan avoids him afterward, he quietly admits to himself that it’s good Ferit was born.
At the café, Ayşe decorates a cake when she suddenly feels sharp pains. Müge, worried, urges her to see a doctor, but Ayşe brushes it off, saying she’ll check if the pain persists. Betül later arrives at the café, visibly upset and ignoring Yaman’s calls. Ayşe and Müge comfort her as she confides that her marriage hasn’t been what she hoped.
Ayşe encourages her to be patient, assuring her that love takes time and effort, sharing her own struggles with Ferit as proof that things can change. Meanwhile, Azade bakes again, crying while preparing for Ferit’s birthday. When Zümrüt arrives, Azade embraces her warmly.
The two women weep together as Zümrüt confides the truth: Hussein was involved in Baha’s murd£r. She explains that after she tried to convince him to surrender, someone else must have reported him. In retaliation, Hussein accused her of betrayal, drained their accounts, and left them drowning in debt.
Zümrüt admits thugs even thr£atened to seize their home. Shocked, Azade comforts her and assures her she did the right thing coming to her.
As the birthday preparations continue, Ayşe tries on a dress gifted by Vedia and looks radiant. Mirza arrives, praising her beauty, and Ayşe introduces him to everyone as her new café boss.
