Edward Bonds With Jane & Takes Her Home. Jane Confronts Marco, Putting Andrea On Edge.
Marco denies Heaven’s Gate’s involvement in the insurance scam and the Montemayors jump for joy. Andrea not so much. Later, Andrea talks on the phone with Captain Castillo who assures her that neither Valerio nor Marco will rat them out.
Jane tries to walk on her own but she ends up falling and Edward catches her in the nick of time. They reflect on their initial encounter at the bar as well as the incidents that succeeded their first meeting. Edward plays her a løve song and once he’s done, Jane also professes her løvê for him.
While they’re in the process of ki$$ing, they’re interrupted by the Evergreen staff. Jane seems to have lost the ability to see the ghosts. Meanwhile, Anton pesters Ofelia for the money she owes him to settle his gambling debt. Since she still doesn’t have it, he urges her to help him steal jewelry from her employers.
Ofelia refuses to do his bidding and when Anton thrëâtens to expose her true identity to the Montemayors, she calls his bluff. Apparently, Jane had been pulling a prank on the ghosts, pretending that she couldn’t see them anymore.
Madam Diana notes that she can still see them because her spirit wandered for a long time and she’s still connected to them. She and Patricio give Jane some words of wisdom to live by. After making a full recovery, Jane visits her father at the hospital.
Valerie apologizes to her for everything she said and did and they reconcile. At the Evergreen mansion, Diana wants to tell Jane about what she witnessed the night she woke up but Patricio objects to it.
Jane visits Marco at the precinct with Edward to confront him over the attäçks he had orchestrated against her and her family. Marco apologizes but refuses to give up his accomplices, adding that they should stop investigation or else.
Edward flares up and punches him in the face and officers strive to restore order. Lt. Arnaiz gives Edward and Jane a talking-to and the latter points out that Marco has an unknown female accomplice.
Later, Arnaiz interrogates Marco and tries to get him to cooperate. Captain Castillo meets up with Andrea to warn her about Arnaiz grilling Marco for information courtesy of Jane. Speaking of, Jane spends some quality time with Edward and her family.
Moments later when they have some privacy, they share their first real ki$$. And then some. Anyway, Valerie breaks down and tells her mother about how she had tried to k!ll Jane on account of her jealousy. She regrets her actions and fears that everyone will hate her when they find out.
Edward takes Jane home to see his family and while they dine together, Andrea brings up her accident. Jane points out that someone tried to k!ll her and that Marco has an accomplice. Robert says the person will be caught eventually.
Talk shifts to Valerie and Eileen is surprised to hear that she and Jane are okay since she had been obsessively jealous. Edward changes the topic and asks Jane to be his band and bar manager and she agrees.
