“Ferit Confronts Hussein Over Baha’s Death as Hande and Mirza Secretly Sets their individual Traps”
At breakfast in the mansion, Sinan tries to calm his mother down, telling her that Leman wasn’t being disrespectful and asking why she is so troubled. With a heavy heart, Azade admits that today is Ferit’s birthday. Sinan immediately realizes the reason for her grief, she cannot celebrate with him for the first time.
As Azade begins to cry, Sinan reminds her that Ferit nearly let her rot in prison. She asks her son if he still feels bitter toward Ferit. Sinan answers that his resentment will never fade toward the man who handed his own mother over to the police. If Azade has forgiven Ferit, then she may reach out to him, but he will never do so.
Azade pleads with him, reminding him that Ferit is still her child, her flesh and blood. She recalls how Ferit visited her in prison to hand over everything he owned, saying he no longer wanted anything from them, as though he had abandoned not only his family but also her motherhood.
Sinan consoles her, declaring that if Ferit no longer considers his mother and brother, then let him continue living that way. In time, he will pay the price for cutting ties. He assures her that their doors will remain open to anyone who wishes to come back, but nothing can replace his mother. Just then, Adnan enters, announcing that he will not have breakfast before heading out.
Meanwhile, Ayşe is preparing breakfast at home when Ferit walks in, drawn by the aroma, and starts eating. During their meal, Ayşe admits that being a housewife isn’t bad, but it does feel boring, and she wants to work at the café. The doctor also encouraged her to stay active. Ferit suggests they manage the café themselves rather than sell it, but Ayşe insists she won’t run it if he doesn’t plan on selling.
Ferit admits he doesn’t like or trust Mirza, but Ayşe points out that he is judging someone he bearly knows. Perhaps Mirza only bought the café and won’t even show up, but Ferit remains suspicious. Still, when Ayşe insists, Ferit gives his support, which makes her happy. He reminds her that any legal matters he handles won’t be funded by café money.
Before leaving for the notary and to visit Hussein, Ferit ki$$es her goodbye as Ayşe walks him to the door. At the prison, Zümrüt visits Hussein. He coldly asks if she feels no shame coming to see him after what she’s done. She denies betraying him, but Hussein accuses her of handing him over, reminding her that she is his wife of forty years and mother of his child.
Zümrüt retorts that she never betrayed him, but whoever did made the right choice long overdue. Furious, Hussein tells her she no longer has access to his money since he no longer exists for her. Enraged, Zümrüt spits at him and storms out as he yells that she will starve without him.
Outside, Ferit and Ayşe share a tender conversation about their unborn child, playfully wondering about its gender. Ferit asks where they will dine tonight, but Ayşe insists on eating at home to save money. Once inside, Ayşe happily whispers to her baby that Ferit thinks she forgot his birthday so they will go buy a birthday gift for his father.
Ferit, meanwhile, secretly calls someone, ordering them to dig up information on Mirza. At the holding, Sinan sneaks into Ferit’s office and finds an old photograph of himself and Ferit. He stares at it with emotion before slipping it into his suit. Elsewhere, Adnan is meeting with Mr. Necip, an investor, to sign a new hotel partnership deal.
Necip later meets Yaman and hands him the signed contract. When Necip questions whether the supposed sponsor “Mr. Ozdemir” really exists, Yaman admits he himself is the mastermind, only using the alias to appear as a wealthy backer and he will be his representative.
Later, Sinan visits Adnan. He pointedly asks if children can remain angry with their parents but Adnan tells him fathers forgive their sons so easily and that while he understands his protectiveness toward Azade, what happens between a husband and wife should remain between them.
Shifting topics, Adnan explains that they have secured new hotel partners who won’t interfere in their work, and he wants Sinan to step up as director. Handing him the symbolic seat of power, he tells Sinan to prepare plans and responsibilities because soon he’ll introduce him to the investors.
Later, Adnan tries calling Saadet, who ignores his calls with a sly smile, amused that she is driving him crazy with curiosity.
Back at home, Ayşe is startled by a knock. A woman introduces herself as a neighbor, bringing homemade sweets to congratulate her on the new house. Ayşe, craving sweets due to her pregnancy, gratefully accepts them. The woman warmly tells her to drop by anytime if she needs anything. But as she leaves, she makes a secret phone call, saying she gave Ayşe the sweets and she has likely eaten them already and Ayşe really ate them.
Meanwhile, Ender continues tailing Mirza. In prison, Hussein paces restlessly, ignoring his cellmate’s advice to relax. When told his lawyer has arrived, he lights up.only for his expression to sour when he sees Ferit. Hussein accuses him of coming to mock him, but Ferit says he came for answers. He demands to know why Hussein k!lled Baha.
Hussein denies it, saying Ferit has no proof. Ferit recalls watching the video Baha recorded before his death together with Ayşe and Ender, where he explained to that their engagement was fake, Ayşe never misled Ferit, and that Hussein’s men were after him. Baha hinted at something about Hande before the video cut off. Enraged, Ferit realized Hussein had framed Ayşe.
Back in the present, Ferit confronts Hussein who panicked anf finally admits that he acted to protect his daughter Hande, claiming Baha was a dangerous stalker. Ferit is disgusted, asking how Baha’s death could possibly protect Hande but Hussein tells him once he becomes a father he will understand.
At the café, Ayşe sends Ferit a voice note and calls Müge to invite her to a surprise birthday celebration for Ferit. She also plans to call Vedia. Inside, she finds Mirza cleaning and accepts his job offer to manage the café, though she says she will start the next day since tonight she is planning Ferit’s surprise. Mirza suggests hosting the birthday at the café and hands her the keys.
As he leaves, Mirza receives a mysterious call from “Dede.” Speaking cryptically, he tells the caller that, “The bird has flown into the cage,” while staring back at Ayşe. Later, Ferit listens to Ayşe’s voice note with a smile. He calls her, asking why she is at the café. Ayşe says she didn’t want to miss out on the opportunity, and Mirza already gave her the keys.
Ferit says he supports her decision and promises to pick her up at 9 p.m. Elsewhere, Yaman offers to help Vedia with her packages, but she coldly rejects him, telling him a traitor to Ferit has no place near her. She reminds him of his sins with İhsan, insisting he stay away telling him not to call her aunt. Yaman mutters to himself that one day she will embrace him once she knows the truth.
Back at the Varoğlu mansion, Zümrüt discusses their financial troubles with Fatoş since she can’t pay her but Fatoş urges her not to think about it. Hande interrupts, asking about Hussein’s trial, and learns it will be tomorrow. When Zümrüt tells her to stand on her own feet by working, Hande agrees. But shortly after, arm£d men storm the mansion, firing ṣ̌hots and warning Zümrüt that Hussein’s debts must be paid or they will lose their home.
Zümrüt breaks down in tears, but Hande comforts her while secretly recalling how she orchestrated the attač̣k to frighten her mother. Pretending to be supportive, Hande tells Zümrüt they should turn to Yaman and Betül for help. When Zümrüt refuses to go since they are a married couple, Hande storms out, leaving her mother begging her not to go.
