“Hande’s Suicide Attempt Brings Arşe and Ferit to a Breaking Point”
Arşe presses on Hande’s wound to stop the bleeding. Hande, barely conscious, whispers that she does not want to die. Arşe tells her to stay strong. At home, Hussein calls the police and demands updates if Hande is found. He tries to comfort a terrified Zümrüt. Just then, Zümrüt receives a call from Ferit, but it is Arşe who speaks. Zümrüt breaks down in tears as Hussein holds her.
At the hospital, Ferit and Arşe bring Hande in as she is rushed in on a stretcher. Ferit tries to comfort Arşe. They are told Hande needs an urgent blood transfusion. Although her blood type is rare, Arşe’s blood is a match, and she agrees to donate. As Arşe donates blood, she flashes back to memories with Hande and gazes at her unconscious body.
Zümrüt and Hussein arrive at the hospital. Zümrüt, in tears, asks how Hande is. Ferit calmly explains that she is receiving emergency care and might need surgery. He adds that Arşe is donating blood.
Zümrüt thanks her deeply while Hussein stands silently, full of guilt. Arşe tells them that the doctors suspect bleeding in the brain and are conducting a CT scan. She comforts Zümrüt while Ferit consoles Hussein.
Hussein, boiling with emotion, confronts Ferit, demanding to know where they found Hande. Ferit explains, but Hussein pushes him and accuses him of hurting his daughter. Zümrüt pulls him away as Ferit firmly states they did nothing wrong and only tried to save her. Hussein yells that if anything happens to Hande, no one will be able to protect Ferit from his wrath.
Zümrüt told Hussein to stop speaking like that because they had saved their daughter. Hussein questioned her confidence, so Arşe stepped in and said that Hande had sent them a video thr£atening to harm herself. They had rushed to the location based on clues from the video and had even reported it as an accident. But Hussein called her a liar and demanded to see the video.
Ferit agreed to show the footage but questioned whether the video was more important than Hande’s life. Arşe showed the clip, and everyone watched tearfully. Hussein accused Ferit of being the cause of everything, blaming him for playing with Hande’s emotions and using her. Ferit warned him not to accuse him blindly and suggested that he wait until Hande regained consciousness to hear the truth from her.
Arşe tried to calm Ferit, reminding him that Hussein was just reacting out of fatherly concern. Hussein questioned what crime Hande had committed and swore to destroy them all if she died, even calling them murd£rers. Zümrüt pulled him away while Arşe did the same to Ferit. Zümrüt then slapped Hussein and accused him of being the real k!ller, saying he should reflect on his actions.
Outside, Ferit expressed disbelief that Hussein had no idea what Hande had done, yet was blaming him. Arşe told Ferit that Hussein had a right to be angry, especially with him. Ferit asked if she was trying to provoke him. Arşe said Ferit had married her on his wedding day to avenge what Hande had done to him and that by doing so, she became part of the situation.
Ferit insisted that he had explained his reasons to her, but Arşe replied that no matter what his goals were, people had suffered. She admitted that she should never have married him or fallen in love. Ferit asked if she regretted everything, and Arşe said yes, explaining that she had filled a void left by his breakup with Hande, but it was not true love. Ferit begged her not to say such things.
Arşe said she had buried all her hopes and that Hande was now fighting for her life. She added that they had no right to bring pain to others and left, leaving Ferit in silence. Zümrüt followed Arşe outside and apologized for Hussein’s behavior. Arşe said she understood since his words came from a place of emotional distress.
Zümrüt thanked her for donating blood to Hande. Arse said she only did what she felt was right and encouraged Zümrüt to have faith that Hande would recover. Zümrüt praised Arşe’s kind heart, and they hugged as Ferit quietly watched. As Arşe walked away, Ferit followed in his car and asked to take her home, but she refused, saying she wanted to be alone. Ferit asked if she wanted the bad people to win.
Arşe advised him to stay with Hande and help her recover, saying Hande needed him. Ferit asked if she was punishing him. Arşe said it was not a time for love but a time to be a good person. She reminded him that he owed Hande his life and that maybe an act of kindness could save not just a child, but also the child’s parents. She asked if he knew how painful it was not being able to save Baha.
Ferit said they would help Hande together but insisted that even without Arşe, he would never return to Hande. He called Arşe a coward for running away and destroying their love. Arşe walked away while Ferit stood there watching. Back at the mansion, Vedia helped the maids set the table. Azade entered and sarcastically told Vedia to stop pretending to be uncomfortable in front of Adnan. She invited her to eat with them without causing any drama.
Leman asked Vedia to bring some pepper to the table since the maids forgot. Vedia gave her a look but went to fetch it. Sinan joined the table and asked Leman how their plans for another baby were going. Azade smiled and Sinan lied to Müge that they were talking about an insect. Vedia returned with the pepper, gave Leman a glance, and left despite Sinan inviting her to join them.
Nurse Sadet entered Adnan’s room while he was dressing for dinner and helped him button his shirt seduč̣tively, complimenting his choice of color. Adnan told her they should go down to avoid upsetting Azade. Sadet left as Adnan silently watched her. During dinner, the family was shocked when Ferit suddenly arrived and sat down.
Azade and Sinan asked if something was wrong. Ferit revealed Hande’s su!cide attempt, shocking everyone. Azade asked if Hande was still alive, and Ferit gave her a cold stare. Meanwhile, Hande’s parents and Betul were at the hospital watching her in intensive care. It was revealed that she had suffered a cerebral hemorrhage from falling from a height. The doctor said she might have died if she had landed on concrete. The next 24 hours were critical. Betul tried to comfort Zümrüt.
Ferit told his family about the video Hande had sent before attempting su!cide, in which she blamed him for everything. He said perhaps she was right and that he only hoped she survived and recovered. He turned to Azade and told her that since she cared, she should know that he broke up with Arşe. He hoped her conscience suffered because she was partly to blame. He left, but Azade stopped him and hugged him. Still, he walked away.
Sinan followed him and advised him not to blow things out of proportion with Hande. He warned that his guilt would grow if he went back to her. Ferit replied that Arşe asked him to go back and help Hande. Sinan asked if Arşe would wait for him. Ferit said Arşe had already left and broken up with him. He admitted that maybe he was worthless since Hande had cheated on him and Arşe had left too.
Sinan told him not to talk that way because he was a good person. He comforted him and reminded him that what is meant to be will always return. They smiled and hugged. At her house, Arşe looked over the divorce papers while crying. Azade later called Zümrüt to ask about Hande’s condition. Zümrüt said they were still waiting for results and feared possible internal damage.
She said Hande was still fighting for her life. Azade offered to come, but Zümrüt declined and promised to update her the next morning. Betül comforted Hussein and Zümrüt. That night, Nurse Sadet helped Adnan get ready for bed. She said she was upset about Ferit. Adnan replied that Ferit was vulnerable, just like him.
Sadet asked if his life was just as complicated. Adnan silently stared at her and told her she resembled someone. Sadet asked if the woman was special and if he had loved her. She said she would like to meet her. Adnan remained silent. Azade entered sarcastically, asking what kind of attention Sadet was giving to Adnan.
She claimed to be jealous and told Sadet to go rest. Once Sadet left, Azade asked Adnan what details Sadet didn’t want her to hear. Adnan said Sadet was just concerned about Ferit. Azade asked why he was discussing family matters with strangers. Adnan replied that sometimes strangers are easier to talk to.
Azade suggested he try talking to family. Adnan said he was upset about Ferit being without Arşe. Azade said maybe Ferit and Hande would now appreciate each other. Adnan replied that Arşe had more substance, and Hande had nothing to offer Ferit. Azade pointed out that Ferit almost died because of Arşe. Adnan accused her of seeing herself in Hande and secretly being happy about the su!cide attempt.
Azade called it a foolish act but insisted that whoever truly loved her son would be dear to her. Adnan reminded her that love should not be tested through death. He told her she wanted Ferit to be happy forever, but questioned if that was the same happiness she had given him. He then went to bed as Azade looks on sad before leaving.
Hussein firmly tells Betül and Zümrüt that no one has the right to treat his daughter like an object and throw her away. Zümrüt, holding back her emotions, challenges him and asks if he truly understands why Hande was abandoned and what led her to attempt suicide. Betül tries to calm her down, but Zümrüt continues.
Hussein, visibly upset, questions why she is speaking like that when Hande is currently fighting for her life and wonders if she thinks his daughter is at fault. With tears in her eyes, Zümrüt admits that she feels like a terrible mother, so much so that she is even scared to pray for Hande. Betül quickly steps in, assures her that she is a good mother, and gently comforts her as Betül walks away feeling broken and overwhelmed.
