Arşe Faces Justice as Ferit Fights for Her Freedom, While Hande Spirals After Yaman’s Rejection”
Azade confronts Ishan, saying she always despised him but kept quiet out of respect for his brother. She reveals the video and demands to know how long he’s been deceiving them because he will show the video to his brother and nephews in the morning, Ishan is stunned. After she walks away, Vedia who was listening steps out and asks what’s going on.
Ishan confesses he transferred company funds into his account, insisting it was for their future. Vedia is horrified and accuses him of betraying his brother. She says she cannot support a life built on dishonesty. Ishan pleads with her to leave with him and Zeytin before morning. But Vedia refuses to let their adopted son grow up as the child of a fugitive and storms out, leaving Ishan devastated.
Hande asks Yaman, asking what’s on his mind. She tells him he hasn’t changed still the same boy who couldn’t conceal his desires he and admits that she hasn’t changed either. She declares she wants to be with him. Yaman reminds her that he is just the son of a laborer, and back then, he didn’t think he was worthy of her. He asks, “What’s changed?” Hande brushes it aside, saying that shouldn’t matter, and pleads with him to say he still loves her before ki$$ing him.
But Yaman pulls away. He tells her he doesn’t want to be with her because it’s over. Hande, shocked, says she came back for both of them, for what they had. “We were supposed to be together,” she insists. Yaman responds coldly, saying it’s game over. He reminds her that once, he would’ve given his life for her but now, that’s no longer the case. She doesn’t love him, and she no longer has power over him. Hande is stunned.
She demands to know if he truly no longer wants to be with her, and he says he doesn’t. Desperately, she asks where is the Yaman who once loved her went and how he could walk away so easily. In frustration, she hits him, but Yaman breaks away and leaves, leaving Hande heartbroken and in tears. Elsewhere, Arşe visits Ferit and questions what he’s really doing.
Ferit calmly says he only wanted to give her a peaceful night’s rest something neither of them has had in a long time. He tells her she broke him, that he lost himself through her, and now he’s hoping she can help him find his strength again. Arşe says she already told him the truth and tries to leave, but Ferit grabs her arm, saying he came to hear her out as her husband.
Arşe insists there’s nothing more to say since he wouldn’t believe her anyway. Ferit says he wants to believe her. His heart longs to, because he still loves her deeply. He tries to embrace her, but Arşe backs away, telling him not to touch her. She explodes with emotion, shouting that she already told him everything about Baha, and if he still believes those photos, he should leave. His presence is only making things worse.
They stare at each other, the pain in their hearts evident despite the bitterness. Ferit gently touches her face, ki$$es her forehead, and leans in to ki$$ her lips but Arşe slaps him. Yet, overwhelmed, she falls into his arms, crying and begging him to leave and never return. Ferit tells her he can’t do that.
Yaman later walks to a bridge and, with tears in his eyes, rips up a photo of Hande, letting the pieces fall into the river.
Meanwhile, Hande is left weeping on the couch and leaves Yaman’s house. Hussein arrives home to find Zümrüt lost in thought and quietly walks away. Vedia gently lays next to a sleeping Zeytin. Yaman returns to his house and stares at the dinner table Hande had prepared, reflecting on everything. At the same time, Ferit and Arşe lie in bed backs turned to each other both burdened by silence.
Ten days later, Arşe is escorted to court. Ferit spots her in the hallway. In the courtroom, he passionately defends her, explaining that she had bought a ticket to Istanbul the night of the incident. She only met Baha because he called her, and they had the receipts to prove it. The ticket agent takes the stand and confirms seeing Arşe rush out of the station after receiving a call.
The judge asks Ferit whether a second autopsy had been requested. Ferit confirms and explains that the follow-up report reveals Baha was $hot from a distance while Arşe was merely nearby. Another witness takes the stand and admits to seeing Arşe next to Baha’s body, holding a gun̈. The judge presses him to reveal who fired the $hot, but the man admits he never saw Arşe pull the trigger as he gets flashbacks of Ferit confronting him.
Arşe testifies, saying when she woke up, she found herself alone. Baha had vanished. When asked why she lost consciousness, she looks at Ferit. He flashes back to the doctor’s report, revealing that sedatives were found in her bloodstream. Ferit submits the report, arguing that no murd£rer would drug themselves before committing a crime. It was clear she had been framed.
Although the evidence is compelling, one judge points out that Arşe’s fingerprints were still on the w,eapon, so she must remain in custody until the case concludes. He also mentions Ferit’s marriage to Arşe, questioning whether he still trusts her despite not knowing about her engagement to Baha. Ferit defends her again, explaining that Baha was not a k!ller but he had protected Arşe from rap!$ts and that the forensic evidence supported this. He adds that a video emerged after Baha’s death and plays it for the court.
The judges question how this ties into their marriage. Arşe explains that Ferit proposed to her in desperation. Baha had gone to jail protecting her, and she was had to pay for his legal and family expenses. Ferit tells the court that Arşe was forced into marrying someone she didn’t love just to save her fiancé. She isn’t a k!ller but a hero. The judges ask Ferit if he acknowledges that she married him for financial reasons.
Ferit admits that may be his personal burden, but insists Arşe is a woman destroyed by love, not someone driven by greed or malice. He tells the court that true love doesn’t k!ll. Arşe had only lost the man she cared for because justice came too late. The justice system, he says, owes her. As his words echo through the room, the judges grow emotional.
Ultimately, the court rules that due to new forensic data, the second autopsy, and the video evidence, Arşe will be released but she must remain in town and report to the station frequently. Ferit and Arşe share a quiet, relieved smile. Outside, Ferit congratulates Vedia, but Arşe walks up, bitterly thanking him for his “perfectly rehearsed” courtroom performance. Vedia watches them tensely as Arşe is taken away again.
At the Sancakzade mansion, Azade paces restlessly. Müge and Leman ask Sinan if she’s alright. He explains that she’s furious at Ferit for getting Arşe released eventhough it’s temporarily because now she’ll have to report to the police regularly and won’t be leaving town. Müge and Leman are quietly glad Ferit stood up for her.
Adnan arrives with Alev and asks Sinan if they’ve heard from Ferit. Azade cuts in, stating she doesn’t want Ferit’s name mentioned in their home. Adnan retorts that no one can stop him from saying his own son’s name. Azade warns them that if they want to see Ferit, they can do so outside the mansion, and she walks off.
Outside the courthouse, Arşe is being escorted to a van when Ferit rushes over, asking to speak with her. He tells her to leave the past behind and congratulates her. Arşe asks if he truly believed everything he said in court. Ferit replies that he wouldn’t have said it if he didn’t. Arşe says he doesn’t really know her because everything he said came from others after investigating her.
While she regrets keeping the truth from him, he has no right to assume she l0ved Baha. Ferit says he’s moved on and she should enjoy her freedom. With tears in her eyes, Arşe says he may think he saved an innocent woman, but he never bothered to verify whether she and Baha were truly engaged or if those photos were real.
He dug through her past, but never asked the right questions. If he had loved her, he would’ve thrown those photos in the face of the person who gave them to him. She says she doesn’t need his forgiveness and if he learns the truth someday, he better not come seeking hers as she leaves and Ferit stands there in shock.
Meanwhile, Yaman secretly marries Betül and they return home beaming. But to their shock, Hande is waiting on the couch. She asks why he’s been ignoring her calls and if they’re giving their relationship another shot. Yaman demands to know how she got in, and she shows him a spare key she had made. Hande accuses them of avoiding her and sarcastically compliments their appearance, asking if they’re celebrating something.
