The Truth Comes Out: Emma Confronts Her Past as Luna Faces Her Real Identity
The episode begins with Camila speaking on the phone, admitting she didn’t know Aurora’s last name but advised the caller to investigate the jail guards who were off duty during the fire incident. She suspected Aurora was the one who started the fire and possibly k!dnapped her daughter. Emma was stunned, prompting Camila to question her reaction. Emma then revealed that Aurora was also her mother’s name.
At the K!ller Café, Vito visited Luna. She quickly mentioned that she already knew he was looking for his daughter, as her friends had overheard his conversation with Camila. Vito asked if she was okay with it, and Luna responded that she understood, then embraced him.
Camila acknowledged that Aurora was a common name but hoped there was only one jail guard with that name, which could speed up the investigation. Just then, she received a call related to Ornusa and Rico’s deaths and excused herself. Emma, left behind, recalled how anxious Aurora appeared during their last meeting.
At the café, Elias confided in Intoy about wanting to date Luna. Intoy warned him against it, saying it would only hurt Luna since Elias wasn’t interested in her that way. Intoy also pointed out that Emma wasn’t responsible for the deaths at the Dia de Esperanza event and it was Luciano. Though Emma had kept her true identity hidden, Intoy believed she wasn’t a bad person. Emma was dropped off at a boutique where she distracted her guard, changed her outfit, and slipped away unnoticed. Meanwhile, at Dako Pa Roon, Camila told Manay Ichu and Agnes that Ornusa had been k!lled because of her. Agnes expressed horror at the cruelty involved. Camila warned Manay Ichu that staying close to her was dangerous. Manay Ichu was hurt, feeling Camila was trying to cut her off. Agnes watched with growing suspicion.
Emma finally reunited with her estranged mother. She told Aurora she was only seven when she was abandoned. Aurora admitted that drug addiction had consumed her life but insisted she had never stopped searching. They hugged, and Aurora urged her to leave with her immediately so they could catch up. Aurora said she sought God’s forgiveness but was haunted by guilt, which drove her deeper into drugs. She explained she lost Emma in the process and believed others had played tricks on her. She had followed Emma upon hearing she was near Luciano, which prompted her to contact Elias for help. Emma asked about Vida, and in a flashback, Aurora was shown hitting the nurse with debris during the chaos. Though ordered by Luciano to k!ll Camila and her baby, Aurora spared the child and took her away.
Aurora admitted taking the baby, and Emma, remembering Aurora’s earlier words, asked if that meant she was Vida. Struck by the realization and overwhelmed with emotion, Emma began to feel sharp pains and reflected on her journey from the time she met Camila to when Camila expressed motherly love toward her. Overjoyed and tearful, Emma accepted that she was Vida and confirmed it with Aurora.
Emma and Aurora returned home to share the truth with Camila, who was deeply moved. Meanwhile, Elias prepared a bouquet of flowers and loaded them into his car. Tessa and Antonia tried to reach Luna, but couldn’t get through. Vito searched for her. Meanwhile, Elias found Emma crying and sat beside her. Emma, visibly broken, told him she was not okay. She promised to always tell him the truth moving forward. Her first confession was she missed him. Elias, already on his feet, silently walked away after hearing her words.
