Camila Faces Public Outrage as Secrets Unfold and a Long-Lost Friend Returns to Dako Pa Roon
At Dako Pa Roon, Manay Ichu informed Tsoknat that the mayor was in a meeting focused on rebuilding Las Espadas, which explained her absence. She also reminded Iking to watch over Andres. Meanwhile, at the town function, some residents were surprised to see Emma in attendance. Mayor Luis addressed the crowd with a passionate speech encouraging everyone to unite and support efforts to revive the town.
He announced several initiatives aimed at creating jobs, particularly for those affected by the recent bømbing. As part of the revitalization, he revealed that the Dela Torre and Dela Cuesta families had set aside their differences and were now working together to fund livelihood programs including textile ventures and plantations to fast-track development in Las Espadas.
During the presentation, Emma sent a message to Camila about what was happening. Sonya, who spotted her, stormed over and accused her of causing the deaths of her friends. Although Emma defended herself, she was left emotionally shattered and retreated to a room to cry in silence.
Back on stage, Luis and Vito stood side by side, presenting a united front and calling for peace.
Tatiana, however, interrupted the event by stepping forward and demanding that Luis disclose the identity of another investor who was not yet revealed. When he remained silent, Tatiana declared Camila’s name to the crowd, creating a frenzy among the townspeople.Camila then stepped into the spotlight and confirmed that she was indeed the mysterious investor.
She clarified that she was not the enemy but Juan Felipe and Luciano were the real culprits. Despite her explanation, the townspeople rejected her involvement, raising their voices in outrage and blaming her for the tragedies in their town. Many referred to her once again as the k!ller bride.
Meanwhile, a drunk man with a guñ, previously seen threatening to harm Camila, found Emma alone and aimed the wëapon at her.
Fortunately, Elias had been following the man and witnessed the situation. The drunkard recognized Elias, who pleaded with him to spare Emma, explaining that everyone had suffered during the explosion. The man showed the wounds he had sustained and expressed his pain. Elias reminded him that Emma had also been present at the bømbing site and was hospitalized.
Emma supported Elias’ statement and added that Camila even risked her life to alert the town about the b0mb. As the drunk man let his guard down, Elias took the chance to disarm him with a swift kick. Emma, feeling empathy for the man, pointed out that he hadn’t even attended the event as his wife had asked him to. Elsewhere, back at the Dela Torre mansion, a maid continued to influence people against Camila.
Manay Ichu stepped in to defend her, saying that if the maid didn’t want help from Camila, she didn’t have to accept it but she had no right to condemn her. Manay reminded everyone that Camila wasn’t responsible for Javier’s death, as it was Luciano who committed the crime. She also emphasized that the entire community bore responsibility for the recurring misfortunes in Las Espadas.
The remorseful man blamed himself for failing to attend the event and protect his loved ones. Emma approached him with understanding. While Elias wanted to report the matter to the authorities, Emma insisted the man needed medical attention instead. Camila, searching for her nanny, ran into Tessa.
Melissa continued to gossip, but Camila warned Tessa to be cautious of Melissa, predicting that she would eventually reveal Tessa’s secrets, just as she did to her aunt, Tatiana. Tessa, however, brushed off Camila’s advice. Afterward, Vito followed Camila to ask whether her claims about their daughter Vida being alive were true. Camila confirmed that Luciano told her so before he died.
Back at the scene where Emma had encountered the drunkard, she told Inspector Alejandro that the man had not harmed her and asked for him to be taken to a doctor. She then confronted Elias, saying he should have shown more compassion. Elias replied that after everything Emma had done, he no longer trusted anyone.
Despite Camila refusing his help, Vito was determined to join the search for their missing daughter, declaring that the child was his too. Nearby, Sonya and her companion, who had overheard the conversation, were shocked to discover that Luna had a half-sister who might still be alive.
Camila eventually found her nanny outside. Manay Ichu embraced her warmly, saying she was still the same kindhearted woman she raised. That evening, Camila and Emma shared a joyful dinner with the Dako Pa Roon staff, reminiscing about old times and sharing laughter.
At the K!ller Café, Tessa cried about being humiliated when Vito publicly stood by Camila. Luna was growing increasingly wary of Melissa’s manipulative influence on her mother. Sonya shared the bombshell about Vito’s missing daughter with Luna, who was stunned by the revelation.
Camila later expressed her sincere gratitude to Manay Ichu for taking care of Emma. Emma, in turn, apologized for not recognizing her true identity earlier, but assured everyone that all the heartfelt moments and friendships they had built were genuine. Tsoknat became emotional, and Manay Ichu admitted that now it all made sense why she felt such a strong instinct to protect Emma from the beginning. It was because Emma was Camila’s daughter.
As the evening settled, a shadowy figure approached Dako Pa Roon. A voice called out, asking if anyone was home. The camera then revealed the face of the visitor it was Agnes. Camila, overwhelmed with emotion, rushed over and embraced her old friend.
