Edward Gets The Shock of His Life With Unending Encounters With Ghosts. Jane’s Cover Gets Blown.
Edward laments to his buddy about how Valerie had broken up with him. The guy brings to his attention several problems with the mansion they’ve been trying to turn into a restaurant-bar. Later, Edward solves the problems with the money he got from pawning off his rolex watch.
His buddies feel bad and inadequate because he hadn’t come to them for help and he reminds them of the times they had been there for him in their own ways. Against all odds, Edward and his buddies manage to complete the building project.
Mr. Guzman and his staff aren’t the least bit happy to see how the Evergreen mansion’s appearance has been changed by Edward’s restaurant-bar. Jane meets up with Edward and she makes yet another futile attempt to convince him to give up the property.
Brock shows up and when Edward tries to touch him, he gets the shock of his life when his hand goes right through him. He asks Jane about it but she plays dumb. Later, they walk into a wake in one of the rooms at Heaven’s Gate.
As Marco mourns his father, Edward sees his ghost and he’s compelled to deliver some messages to him. Other ghosts there overwhelm him as they flock to him for his help. Jane comes to see Edward later in his office, only for him to get hounded by the pleading ghosts again.
He strives to shut them off, thinking that he’s hallucinating. A guy taps him on the back and he punches him. He turns out to be Gio, the son of the owner of a property the Montemayors have been trying to buy.
Disregarding Robert, Gio blows a fuse and storms off and Robert reprimands his son for what he did. Later, Jane hangs out with Edward and they talk about their problems. Upon her return to the Evergreen mansion, Jane strives to convince Mr. Guzman that they should come to a compromise with Edward and share the property.
After another harrowing ghostly encounter, Edward confides in her nanny Ofelia. Later, he runs into Jane and tells him about how he can see ghosts. Jane then says that there’s something he should know.
Robert and Andrea give Edward an earful for the recent trouble he’s caused the company. Edward apologizes but justifies his actions, saying that they would have ran at a loss if they had bought that land because it’s mortgaged.
Robert calls one of his contacts to confirm this but warns Edward not to pull such a stunt again against any of their clients. A flashback reveals how Jane had tipped off Edward about the issue with the land’s title deed. Soon enough, they meet up and Edward thanks Jane for her help.
She recalls how she had gotten the information. She then makes another futile attempt to strike a deal with Edward for the Evergreen mansion. Edward later meets up with Valerie at a restaurant to ask about Cecil’s obsession with the Evergreen mansion.
Just then, Valerie receives a phone call from the real estate agent in question. He’s shocked to see her face and realize that the Cecil he knows is a fraud. Ultimately, Edward reflects on his encounters with Jane/Cecil and the episode concludes as she shows up to see him.
