Agnes Unmasked: The True Killer Bride Revealed as Luciano’s Sinister Plans Unfold
Vito wandered around Camila’s hideout, his mind clouded with memories of the time they shared, especially when they once danced together. Luna’s story about encountering Camila in the Dela Cuesta mansion made him reconsider the idea that she might still be alive. As he recalled the tragic death of Javier, Camila, watching from a distance, rushed to the basement to avoid being seen.
Hearing footsteps behind him, Vito turned around to see who it was, but quickly shut down any lingering hope that Camila was still alive. He convinced himself she was truly gone, and that Luna’s claim was merely a vivid illusion. Determined to understand the strange events unfolding in Las Espadas, he suspected that Emma and Fabio were behind it all.
Elsewhere, Manay Ichu wept over Andres’ worsening condition. At the hospital, the doctor informed her that Andres had to be isolated for the safety of the other patients. Luna remained by Elias’ side, and Emma asked her if she was all right. After they left the restricted ward, Vito came close to discovering Camila in her hiding spot.
Meanwhile, Fabio disguised himself as a nurse and managed to slip into Andres’ room. There, he heard Andres muttering a confession that Vito was the real enemy—right before he lost consciousness. Manay Ichu thanked Elias and Luna for helping in the search for Andres. When Iking inquired about Andres’ condition, Manay Ichu replied that the doctors were baffled—despite the treatments, his health was deteriorating.
Vito opened up to Aran, recounting the events surrounding Camila and Javier. He admitted that he thought he saw Camila at the chapel, only to realize it was just his imagination. He searched every corner of the chapel hoping to find her, but she was nowhere to be found.
Fabio later told Camila that Vito was behind Andres’ abduction. Camila found it hard to accept and insisted they investigate further before jumping to conclusions. In another scene, Andres jolted awake in fear upon seeing the killer bride again. She injected him with a hallucinogenic substance and asked if he had delivered her message. He confirmed that he did.
The killer bride’s motive began to surface. She had been manipulating Andres, planting hatred in his mind against Vito. As she walked away from the room and down the hallway, she paused and removed her veil. The figure behind the mask was revealed to be Agnes—Camila’s former best friend from the early episodes.
It came to light that Agnes was working under Luciano’s orders. She was the same person who had frightened Emma and Ivan in the cave at San Lucas de Oro, all part of Luciano’s plan to uncover Emma’s intentions in Las Espadas and to escalate the conflict between her and Juan Felipe.
Luciano cared little for Juan Felipe’s downfall, considering his younger brother a hindrance to his larger schemes. He was also responsible for the torment Andres endured at the mental institution, as part of a plot to ignite a full-scale clash between Vito and Fabio.
Following these revelations, Fabio encouraged Camila to rise against Vito for what he had done to Andres. Still, Camila hesitated, unsure whether to believe Vito capable of such cruelty. Meanwhile, Luna told Elias about her troubling dream where she feared that Camila would possess her body. She said the dream was what prompted her visit to Dako Paroon to speak with Emma.
Elias then admitted that Emma broke up with him after discovering he had been visiting the mental institution. She assumed Elias had come to play the heroic role for Emma, and that’s why she ended their relationship. Their conversation was interrupted when Vito appeared unexpectedly.
Later, Camila contacted Emma, sharing the latest information pointing to Vito’s possible involvement in Andres’ situation. She advised Emma to rest, assuring her that Fabio would handle Vito. Back at Dako Paroon, Elias delivered flowers, and Emma questioned him about Vito’s sincerity, noting that his kindness seemed too perfect to be true.
Elias recalled how Vito helped him with his flower business and even paid part of Andres’ hospital fees. Still, Emma admitted she had trouble trusting people and remembered a time when she drunkenly said all men were alike. Elias asked if that was the reason she turned down his proposal, and she confirmed it was partly the case.
Just as Elias was about to leave, Luna appeared. Meanwhile, Antonia instructed Fabio to pick up Vito, claiming his car had broken down. Fabio alerted Camila and got ready, unaware that it was a trap. Vito had already anticipated Fabio’s move and staged the car trouble.
Pretending to need help, Vito waited in the middle of the road. When Fabio arrived, Vito signaled his accomplice, who ambushed and knocked Fabio unconscious. Vito then instructed his man to transport Fabio to an undisclosed location.
Elsewhere, Luna continued her search at Dako Paroon, investigating how Camila’s spirit might have entered Emma. Fabio regained consciousness, tied to a chair in an unfamiliar room. Vito appeared and demanded answers, accusing Fabio of conspiring with Emma to make it seem like she was possessed.
Fabio denied the accusation and grew furious when Vito brought up Camila’s name, insisting Vito had no right to speak of her after his betrayal. Enraged, Vito began to physically assault Fabio, who—despite being bound—remained defiant and swore that if Emma were harmed again, he would make Vito pay.
In another location, Emma received anonymous photos of Fabio’s abduction. The message was clearly intended to provoke her, suggesting that Vito wanted her to rescue Fabio. Unbeknownst to her, Luciano was behind the tip-off. Emma quickly called Camila to share the news.
At the same time, Luciano’s spy contacted him, reporting that Vito had also taken Edmundo and was with another person. When asked if that individual was a woman, the spy replied it was a man. Luciano then instructed his spy to keep watching for any woman who might appear. Satisfied with how things were unfolding, Luciano gave a wicked smile.
