Camila’s Discovery Sparks Doubts and Danger whiles Emma and Luna Face Death as Andres Breaks Free
Camila broke into Vito’s secret room, overwhelmed by a mix of nostalgia and heartache. Memories flooded her as she discovered old photographs of her and Vito, along with newspaper clippings about her supposed crimes and reported death, pinned carefully on a board. Her emotions deepened when she noticed Vito’s old guitar resting quietly in a corner.
As she began searching through the clutter of documents, her feelings shifted from longing to suspicion. Her curiosity led her to a box filled with files. Among them was a folder marked with the name of Attorney De Leon. Inside were surveillance photos of the lawyer and a timeline of her movements—evidence that raised serious questions.
A flashback revealed Atty. De Leon receiving a message from an informant, stating she had discovered a potential lead to clear Camila’s name. However, the lawyer never made it back. Camila’s face turned pale as she watched a news segment reporting that her trusted attorney had allegedly taken her own life.
Still going through the files, Camila heard someone enter the room. Luna walked in and spotted a woman clad in a black tracksuit. Disoriented by the effects of her medication, Luna squinted at the figure and demanded to know who she was and what she was doing in the house. Camila slowly turned to face her as Luna’s blurred vision tried to make sense of what she was seeing.
At that moment, Vito was elsewhere, arguing with his investigator. Vito was angry that Edmundo remained missing, but the investigator claimed that Fabio and a certain woman were working together. Meanwhile, Luna continued to stare at the woman before her and, despite her foggy state, began to recognise her as Camila. Camila took advantage of Luna’s confusion and hypnotised her into believing the encounter was nothing more than a dream.
As Luna reached out to touch Camila’s face, she murmured that perhaps it was her beauty that still made Vito harbor feelings for her. Before long, Fabio contacted Camila and warned her that Vito was on his way, urging her to leave the place at once. The following morning, Luna awoke with fragments of the incident still vivid in her mind. Unsure whether it truly happened, she rushed back to the basement, even as Antonia pressed her with questions about any strange dreams.
At Camila’s hideout, she puzzled over why Vito had been keeping surveillance files on her late attorney. Fabio suggested that this was proof enough of Vito’s involvement in Atty. De Leon’s demise—and possibly Javier’s as well. Still, Camila couldn’t shake off her doubts. To her, if Vito was behind her attorney’s death, then he could have also been responsible for Javier’s—but something inside her resisted that belief.
Back at the mansion, Luna returned to the secret room, only to find everything neat and in place. As she stood there bewildered, Vito caught her in the act. Luna insisted she saw Camila in the flesh, but her confidence wavered as she recalled the possibility of having overdosed on the drug Antonia gave her.
Eventually, Luna agreed with Vito’s suggestion that it was likely just a hallucination. Still, she found it odd that the Camila she saw wore a black tracksuit and a black baseball cap. That description made Vito uneasy—it matched the woman he had seen in San Lucas de Oro. Putting the pieces together, he started to believe that the mystery woman might indeed be Camila.
However, Vito’s logic told him that this mysterious figure was probably working with Edmundo, not Camila herself. Meanwhile, Elias and Intoy were trying to figure out the secret Emma was hiding. Elias believed that if he could uncover her truth, he might finally be able to get close to her and offer real help.
He recalled how Emma first arrived in Las Espadas, seemingly possessed by Camila’s spirit, then found herself caught in one misfortune after another. He also remembered that the last thing she was investigating involved the Belladonna plant.
At Dako Paroon, Luna asked Emma about her experience with Camila. Emma admitted she encountered her through dreams, which frightened Luna, making her think Camila might also try to possess her. Tsoknat, who had been listening in secret, was pulled away by Manay Ichu, who said Emma was strong enough to handle Luna—just as she had stood firm against the cruel mayor.
Suddenly, Manay Ichu received a distress call from Andres, who pleaded for help, claiming someone didn’t want him to recover. The call was cut short, leaving Manay Ichu worried and unable to gather more details. At the psychiatric hospital, Andres had been restrained by the staff. In his distress, the killer bride appeared before him, manipulating his mind. She convinced Andres that his family had abandoned him there to die, and urged him to k!ll them first.
Later, Manay Ichu was informed that Andres had gone missing. A search party was quickly assembled. Frustrated, she blamed the hospital staff for their negligence. Elias volunteered to help with the search. They split into two teams: Manay Ichu and Emma went in one direction, while Elias and Luna took the other.
While searching, Emma came across a notorious location known for its haunted past. Despite her fear, she entered the place. Luna noticed Emma going in and followed her. Inside, Emma called out for Andres. She found a figure hidden under a sheet. When she pulled it off, it was just a mannequin. As she continued searching, an attacker covered in white fabric lunged at her from behind and tried to strangle her.
Emma fought back and escaped, only to run into Luna. She urged Luna to leave, but the gate wouldn’t open. The attacker caught up with them and dragged them back. Emma resisted, but the attacker hurled her against a wall and threw Luna off a balcony. Luna clung desperately to the railing, begging Emma to help. Meanwhile, the attacker tied a rope around Emma’s neck, choking her.
Emma managed to tear off the attacker’s disguise—and was horrified to see that it was Andres. She tried to reason with him, but he believed she was sent to k!ll him and was determined to strike first. At the last minute, Elias arrived, having tracked Emma through a tip from a patient at the hospital. He struck Andres with a piece of wood, saving Emma.
Gasping for air, Emma urged Elias to find Luna. He managed to pull Luna to safety as Emma tried to recover from the assault. Meanwhile, at Camila’s hideout, she noticed someone approaching. She quickly hid, watching cautiously as Vito arrived and surveyed the surroundings. Read Next Episode On The Killer Bride Episode 33
