Camila found herself being strangled by the vengeful spirit of Belinda. Just in time, Emma arrived and reached out to Camila, desperately trying to save her from the rope tightening around her neck. Through her tears, Emma professed her deep love for Camila, repeatedly calling her “Mama” and begging her to return.
As Camila managed to take hold of Emma, the rope miraculously loosened and dropped, while the ghosts of Belinda and the Dela Cuesta vanished. Regaining consciousness, Camila thanked Emma, but Emma insisted that it was she who owed her life to Camila. Fabio arrived and Camila offered him her hand.
Meanwhile, Elias stormed into the Dela Torre mansion, demanding that the mayor reveal Emma’s whereabouts. He blamed himself for her disappearance, but his persistence yielded no answers. Tatiana drove him away, warning him that he was stepping into dangerous territory. Luis also showed up but kept quiet, clearly troubled by the situation.
Elias then made his way to the Dela Cuesta residence, searching for Edmundo, only to be told that he had taken the day off. Elias informed Vito that Emma was missing, which heightened Vito’s suspicions about Edmundo’s role in Emma’s disappearance. Camila requested to be discharged from the hospital immediately, citing her ongoing legal issues.

A flashback revealed that Emma had secretly followed Fabio when he snuck out, believing the others were asleep. In the present, she pleaded with him not to resort to revenge, reminding him that he once told her vengeance wouldn’t bring them peace.

Meanwhile, Vito received word that his old driver never left town and tracked him to a secret location, demanding answers. Camila questioned Fabio about what he had done to Felipe after sneaking out of the hideout.
Felipe later woke up in public, strung up with a sign around his neck revealing his crimes. Camila scolded Fabio for not capturing Felipe to force a confession. The townspeople and police arrived and released the mayor. Back at the hideout, Tsoknat caught Manay Ichu going through Emma’s personal items and confronted her for the invasion of privacy. Manay Ichu explained her motives, and Tsoknat eventually helped her continue the search.
Soon, a video of Felipe being beaten and hung went viral. Luciano dismissed the idea that Emma was behind the attack, claiming it was her accomplices. He even boasted that he had shot Emma’s female ally and vowed to take revenge for Ivan’s death. He launched a mission to track Emma down. Meanwhile, Felipe arranged for added protection and called for a private escort.
Luis questioned Felipe’s plans, and Felipe admitted he was searching for Emma. Luis offered to help, suggesting that Emma would trust him enough to reveal her location if Felipe came clean about the truth. Inspired by this, Felipe realized that only those closest to Emma could lure her out of hiding. He left to act on this idea.
Ornusa, who overheard the conversation, quickly contacted Camila to inform her about Felipe’s increased security and his intentions. She believed Felipe was behind Javier’s death and Emma’s abduction, and she suspected that neither Luciano nor Tatiana were aware of Felipe’s actions.
Vito was furious to learn that Edmundo was absent and that Tessa was now driving Antonia. His distrust grew stronger. Fabio, who was trailing Felipe, told Camila about the heightened security measures. He regretted letting Felipe go, but Camila advised him to be patient, confident that Felipe would eventually make a misstep.

Meanwhile, Iking confronted Manay Ichu and Tsoknat for going through Emma’s things without results. As they debated, someone knocked persistently at the door. Manay Ichu opened it and was shocked to see someone she didn’t expect.
Elias arrived at the Dako Paroon facility, only to find the administrators in a state of panic, urgently telling him to flee. Confused, Elias tried to make sense of the chaos when suddenly Juan Felipe emerged, aiming a gun̈ at him with his henchmen backing him. Felipe grabbed Manay Ichu’s phone and used it to call Emma repeatedly. He then told Elias that Emma was responsible for Ivan’s death and vowed to use Elias and others dear to her as bait.
Furious, Elias challenged Felipe’s accusations. Emma saw the calls from Manay Ichu’s phone and read a message warning her that Felipe was at Dako Paroon. The message threatened that those she loved would share Ivan’s fate if she didn’t show up. Alarmed, Emma left the hideout, despite Camila and the doctor’s protests.
Camila, realizing Emma was gone, shouted for her. At Dako Paroon, Felipe’s men struck Elias, rendering him unconscious. When he awoke, he was tied up.
