Eros puts on a ridiculous show after he learns of Xenon’s death. He plays dumb, implicates Selene and convinces Menandro to let him handle the case. In the meantime, Apollo wanders around Yusebeia, likewise Cora who almost has a heart attäçk when she bumps into Brother Joseph in the dead of night.
The fraud of a “pastor” asks whether she’s trying to betray “the higher power”. As the poor woman struggles to speak, he begins strangling her with his bare hands while blabbering his nonsensical doctrines. Hera shows up to wash her husband’s hands before ordering Koa their lackey to clean up the mess.
The guy buries Cora’s body at an isolated spot on the property. Apollo investigates Yusebeia online, determined to uncover the truth about the group and it’s connection to the ring he found at Juno’s mûrdër scene.
The next morning, the CIB commemorates Xenon’s death and Menandro gives a speech. After the ceremony, Apollo has a talk with Eros who blabbers about how he will avenge Xenon. Selene plots to use Eros to take down Atlas and his group.
Meanwhile, Menandro meets up with Harmonia to seek her assistance with Altare. He tells her about Juno’s death and how he had covered it up so Altare won’t know that they’re onto them. Menandro then reveals that there’s a mole in the CIB. He agrees with his sister that Apollo is the right man for the job.
Since he has been having a hard time trying to convince him to return to the CIB, Harmonia decides to handle the matter. Eros talks to Selene on the phone and questions her about Xenon’s death. She denies it and implicates “Atlas and friends”, saying that they should meet up and help each other take them down.
Apollo isn’t exactly thrilled to find out that he’s gotten the accountant job since he has other matters to attend. Eros meets up with Selene and double crosses her. However, before he can take her into custody, Orcus comes to the rescue with a vengeance. A guñfight ensues and Selene eventually escapes with her allies.
Apollo visits his uncle at Yusebeia and Brother Joseph comes over and asks if he had been enlightened by their book. He indulges him and leads him on. Apollo later asks Kules about his uncle and Cora since he’s not seen the latter for a while.
The guy notes that she might have returned home. Hera worries that Hector’s nephew could cause them trouble. She suggests that they should ban him from Yusebeia but Joseph wants him close to keep an eye on him. Selene returns to the hideout with Orcus, outraged over Eros’ betrayal.
She’s eager to strengthen their group to get back on top. While Joseph strives to get information from Hector about his nephew, Apollo goes to Cora’s hometown in search of her in the guise of bringing her some gifts.
Hera shows up out of nowhere and claims that they had helped her relocate to Ethiopia to spread Yusebeia’s gospel. Upon her return, she informs Joseph about her encounter with Apollo, and he declares that they will get him before he succeeds in his plan to infiltrate Yusebeia.
