“Emma Caught in the Crossfire: Vito’s Accusations, Tatiana’s Breakdown, and Camila’s Secrets Collide”
Outside the house, Vito stood holding the watch in his hand when Tessa approached to tell him that dinner was ready. She also asked where he had gone. Vito replied that he had visited San Lucas De Oro, the location where Andres was attacked.
Concerned, Tessa warned him that he could get into serious trouble for interfering, and urged him to let the police handle the investigation unless, of course, he had his own hidden motives.Meanwhile, Camila was still haunted by what had happened.
Memories of her past with Vito overwhelmed her, and she tried to snap herself out of it, reminding herself that he had betrayed her. A sudden gust of wind and an eerie sound filled the air. Later that evening, Elias and his friends, including Intoy, went to a bar, where they unexpectedly ran into Emma. Emma told Elias she was there with Tatiana.
Elias introduced her to his group and explained that they were celebrating one of their friend’s birthdays, hence their wild night out. Tatiana pressured Emma to drink, and Emma admitted she was already starting to feel tipsy. Meanwhile, Intoy began giving his friends advice on how to properly approach women.
The group laughed at Intoy, teasing that the only girl interested in him was Tsoknat. In a bold move, Intoy recited a love poem to Tatiana, but she dismissed him, saying he should try it on Emma instead, as she wanted a man not a boy. Elsewhere, Antonia questioned Tessa about why she had invited Emma to the upcoming ball.
As the night progressed, Emma got drunk, and Elias helped her to the restroom. In the restroom, Emma told Elias she wasn’t interested in having a boyfriend, stating that guys only bring women heartbreak. As she stood alone, a man tried to take advantage of her, but she defended herself by kicking him.
Elias, witnessing this, began to see her in a new light. Later, Luis showed up to take Emma home, while Felipe came to drag Tatiana out of the bar. Elias, now intrigued, became determined to uncover Emma’s secrets. The next day at dance rehearsal, Tatiana introduced Emma to Justo.
Emma was paired with Luis for the practice. Elias arrived to deliver some documents, and Luna rushed up to ask him to rehearse with her. However, he declined, saying he was running an errand. Elsewhere, Manay Ichu and Tsoknat were surprised to learn that Andres’s hospital bills had been paid by someone mysterious.
Meanwhile, Emma brought a drink to Mildred, but she accidentally spilled it on Melissa. As Melissa went to the restroom, Emma followed to help her clean up. In the process, Melissa revealed that the man who got Tatiana pregnant was someone named Jay.
As Emma left the restroom, she bumped into Vito, who forcefully demanded that she stop pretending and tell the truth. Tessa, Elias, and others arrived to find Vito gripping Emma’s arm, prompting Elias to become upset. Tessa was also clearly bothered, though she concealed her feelings.
Later, Emma went to speak with Camila, informing her that Vito believed someone had murdered her, and that the same person was behind Javier’s death. Camila then gave orders to locate the “love tree” that Andres had repeatedly mentioned during his episodes of madness.
Elias couldn’t take his eyes off Emma and Luis during rehearsals. At one point, Luna purposely tripped Emma, causing her to stumble and fall onto Luis, drawing laughter from the onlookers. Tessa broke down in tears, expressing her sorrow that Vito had kept such an important part of his life from her.
She admitted she had known about his secret trips to Manila and other places but chose to ignore it. She had once planned to buy him a guitar, only to be told that he had given up on music long ago. Emma blamed Luna for her fall and pointed to Elias as a witness, but he denied seeing anything.
Emma then went to Dako Paroon to prepare a corpse. Elias’s foster father observed his growing jealousy and reminded him that Vito was in love with Camila, not Emma, and would never pursue a relationship with someone as young as her.
That night, Emma couldn’t sleep and overheard Tatiana crying. She opened the door and found Tatiana hurting herself. Hearing footsteps approaching, Emma quickly hid. Felipe entered and managed to stop Tatiana from doing further harm. The next morning, Tatiana acted as if nothing had happened. She told Emma to get ready as they were visiting the designer.
Emma sneaked into Tatiana’s room to search for evidence related to Camila’s suspicions but was caught by a maid. Emma questioned her presence, and the maid reassured her, saying she was there to assist. She revealed she worked for Ms. Alba and had been instructed to help Emma.
Later, Emma informed Camila about the address she had found in Tatiana’s room. She also mentioned that the new maid had seen her. Camila asked if the maid had told anyone, and Emma replied no. Camila then told her to forget about it, reasoning that the maid likely hadn’t seen anything.
Emma agreed, though she wondered if she was just being paranoid. After the call, Emma felt heartbroken. Camila had not been honest with her about the maid’s role, despite previously assuring her that she had never lied. Emma was left feeling betrayed and uncertain about who she could truly trust.
