Cherry Begins Her Own Investigation. Paco Makes A Tough & Selfless Move. Cherry Discovers The Shocking Truth & Vows Vengeance.
The episode begins with Cherry talking to her aunt about how Carol had died. Since the Estrellas had always said that she died in an accident, Everly notes that the fisherman might be mistaken. Tori is fed up with how her aunt keeps blackmailing the Estrellas.
Mama Earl gets upset and throws a fit when she accuses her of being greedy and only there for the money. Meanwhile, Cherry searches around the rest house and finds an old cellphone which belonged to Carol.
A moment later, Paco visits to deliver some supplies and she gives him the cold shoulder. After Cherry charges the phone, she scrolls through the text message history and finds one where Carol had thrëâtened to expose Freddy as the culprit behind Heidi’s dëâth.
Apparently, Carol’s husband had been keeping her locked up inside the rest house. In no time, Cherry confronts Paco about the matter and he denies everything. However, he later resolves to leave Carol’s letter out in the open for his wife to find.
Cherry cries out in disbelief and tries to catch up with Paco to confront him. Drew goes to take some drugs from an old acquaintance to sell. Cherry shows the letter to her aunt and she’s appalled to find out the bitter truth. Cherry vows to make the Estrellas pay for making a fool out of her.
Dave tries to show more support for his wife by offering to go with her on her next appointment with the doctor. Becca strives to discourage him for obvious reasons. Upon her return to the mansion, Cherry treats her husband with absolute disdain. Paco tries in vain to get her to be civil with him.
Drew sells some of the drugs, hellbent on getting enough money to disappear for good. Meanwhile, Cherry goes to see the Estrella lawyer and decides to keep the ranch to herself to spite them. Eventually, she tracks down Ramon and asks him about her father’s dëâth.
