Drew Strives To Figure Out What Lando Knows About Panyong’s Dëâth. Paco Kicks Off His Mayoral Campaign. Cherry’s Old Wounds Reopen.
Paco goes to pick up his wife at her aunt’s place. He apologizes for their recent quarrels and manages to convince her to return home with him. In spite of Cuatro ranch’s consistent problems, Paco refuses to lay off any workers.
He decides to run for mayor in the next election in order to get connections and control of the port, an announcement which takes his family by surprise. Cherry tries to dissuade him since politics is a very dirty game.
Drew recalls how Cherry had said that Lando knows something about her father’s dëâth. He goes to see the vagabond who confirms this and takes him to where he had witnessed the dumping of the body.
Lando mentions the letter and laments over how it had been stolen. Drew pushes him down the cliff. In his mind. Meanwhile, Paco pays the governor a visit and Florabelle tries to convince him to make Seb a part of his campaign team for obvious reasons.
The mayor comes to see Paco to talk to him about the rumours going on about him. He warns that politics is a different world which could expose whatever dirty secrets he has. Drew resolves to play nice with Lando in a bid to find out everything he knows.
Eventually, he leaves the poor guy stranded somewhere in the middle of the night. Cherry has a talk with Seb and urges him to stop fooling around. Later, Seb goes to see Florabelle to ask that they call off their affair and stop cheating on their partners.
However, they fail to resist temptation. In no time, the Estrella family prepare for Paco’s campaign. Cherry wows everyone with her always revealing dresses. At the first rally, Paco lays out his manifesto and promises to the people, promising to accomplish them once voted into power.
Cherry spots a suspicious character lurking around as the event comes to a conclusion. She tries to go after the person and ends up at the seaside where she finds a bruised and unconscious Lando. The episode concludes as she cries out for help.
