Aidan Makes A Shocking Discovery. Lemuel Comes Close To Catching Carlos. Chief Isidro Takes Action.
The episode begins with Lemuel talking to his mother about the last case his late brother had handled which had led to his mûrdër. A moment later, Lemuel meets up with Alexa who strives to make him see that chief Isidro isn’t an honest cop.
They have an exchange of words over the Fiero case, with Alexa declaring her determination to get justice at all cost. Eventually, Lemuel agrees to work with her. Aidan has the shock of his life to see his so called dëâd father being sneaked into a room in the mansion.
Carlos spots him. Aidan reunites with his father and asks what happened to him. Carlos fills him in and vows to make Lala pay for what she did. When Aidan asks of Lala’s accusations against him, Carlos blatantly lies through his teeth.
He charges Aidan to ensure that no one finds out that he’s still alive, not even that wife of his. Chief Isidro fetches Lala and tells her that she would be taken to court to defend herself against a witness. Lala engages in an exchange of words with him.
Sophie confronts Mila and makes a pretty pathetic attempt to drive a wedge between her and Aidan. Mila puts her in her place. That night, Lemuel sneaks into Isidro’s house to search the place. He manages to get into the secret room where he finds a hospital bed along with some equipment.
He’s not able to see Carlos who’s hiding away. After he leaves, Carlos calls Aidan on the phone to come and pick him up. He then complains to Isidro. The next day, Isidro informs Lemuel of his decision to send him to Iloilo for training.
Lemuel questions his intentions, suspecting that he’s trying to get rid of him. Isidro plays dumb. Aidan drives his father and he asks him to take him to La Muerte. Carlos blows a fuse when he finds out that Aidan had taken Mila there.
At La Muerte, Abe admonishes Alexa over her relationship with Aidan, charging her not to fall for him. Meanwhile, Aidan disregards his father’s desire for him to end his marriage with Mila.
