Apollo & His Team Strike At Athena’s Party. Eros Interferes. Nyx Becomes Collateral Damage. Venus & Poseidon Get Into Deep Trouble.
The episode begins with Venus putting on a show at a gas station. With Poseidon’s help, they take out Athernity. Eros questions Athena about the motives of the snitch and she indulges him.
Adonis butts in and runs him off, not pleased with his meddling. That night, team Apollo make use of the truck, with Venus as the driver to get into the premises. Nyx questions Eros’ interest in Athena and he reveals that he suspects she’s hiding something.
He needs to find out in order to get closer to the Engineer. Nyx offers to help. Meanwhile, Apollo sneaks into Athernity with Poseidon while Athena hosts the party. The guests are delighted that they would be receiving free magic drips.
After Poseidon disables the CCTV cameras, they proceed with the next phase of the plan. Unfortunately, Apollo (in a face mask) is spotted by Athena’s lackey in the golden room. A fistfight ensues which eventually leads to the guy getting shot dëâd.
Poseidon turns off the power, plunging the entire place into darkness, thereby causing pandemonium. He then regroups with Venus outside. Eros calls Venus on the phone to ask of her whereabouts and she claims that she’s at a coffee shop with Apollo.
He asks for evidence and she sends him a photo she had taken earlier in the day. Apollo gets into another fistfight, this time with Eros. He’s wounded but manages to get away. Athena has her products packed into the cold storage truck to leave the place.
Poseidon hides in the back and starts freezing. He ends up blowing Venus’ cover and Athena holds her at güñpoint and interrogates her. Venus crashes the truck and runs off. Athena recovers and pursues her relentlessly.
In the meantime, Apollo receives a desperate text message from Venus. Nyx spots him and fires at him but he evades and returns the favour, hitting her in the shoulder. Apollo slips away as Eros comes upon the scene.
Athena finally catches Venus and holds her at güñpoint again. Again, she escapes from her by playing dirty and receives much needed help from Juno who happens to be in the woods. Apollo gets on his motorbike and tracks down Athernity’s truck.
He takes cover as Athena fires at him at will, giving Poseidon the chance to jump out of the truck before he freezes to dëâth. Athena sneaks up on Apollo and strikes him down with a log. She manages to unmask him and tries to stab him with her lethal injection. Apollo parries her attäçk and knocks her out cold. Read Next Episode on The Iron Heart Episode 20
