The Fieros Mourn Carlos’ Dëâth. Chiara Reaches Out To Nico. Lemuel Gets Closer To Exposing Alexa’s Team. Max Covers His Tracks.
The episode begins with the media interviewing some citizens about Carlos’ dëâth, right outside the Fieros mansion. They share how he had been generous to them. The maids at the mansion also mourn the tragedy.
In no time, Aidan faces the media and officially announces his father’s dëâth, asking for time and space to mourn their loss. Mila comes to call Aidan when it’s time to leave for the funeral. As she tries to console him, he laments and vows to protect their family and make the culprit of Carlos’ dëâth suffer the consequences.
Some citizens of El Hambra pay their respects to the fallen Fiero. Dona Cielo gets upset when Leona shows up and she has her driven away. Eventually, Carlos is cremated. When the Fieros get down to dinner later, Cielo makes a scene when Chiara asks why she suspects her mother for having a hand in her father’s dëâth.
While Leona is packing up her things, Aidan comes over and talks to her about their situation. Leona bluntly asks if he believes his grandma’s accusations. Aidan notes that he believes in her innocence but can’t trust her or anyone else at the moment.
Dennis urges Nico to reach out to Chiara in her time of grief. As he contemplates, Chiara calls him on the phone; she’s not doing well and wants a change of scenery. She’s grateful when Nico agrees to meet up with her tomorrow.
Lemuel receives a visit from his mother who’s brought along his dinner since he’s been staying up late. He dismisses his partner Manesses when his mother begins cuddling him. Together, they examine the video that had been taken at Carlos’ funeral. They both take interest in a suspicious photographer. Lemuel plans to track down the guy.
Ultimately, the culprit who had stolen the police evidence (Max’s cellphone) is identified by their motorbike. Lemuel tracks him down. However, it turns out to be a false lead since Max had pawned off his motorbike to cover his tracks and avoid getting caught by the police.
