Apollo’s Relationship With Cassandra Suffers. Priam’s Celebration Turns Into His Worst Nightmare When The Secret Agent Strikes Again.
The episode begins with Janus confronting Apollo over who he had been talking to on the phone. When he gives him the silent treatment, Janus vents out his anger and frustrations on him.
Apollo takes it cool but eventually fights back when Janus tries to stab him. Janus ends up getting thrown off a cliff. Priam bonds with his son Jason, showing him his favorite horse which has outlived its usefulness.
He hands him a gün and blabbers about his legacy which his little boy is destined to inherit. To prove that he understands and is capable, Jason takes aim and puts the horse out of it’s misery. Apollo is made the second-in-command of John’s group following Janus’ disappearance.
Supposedly, Janus had ran off with some money. Anyway, Apollo takes some time off to visit his family. He dines with them and later goes to see Cassandra after learning that she’s about to get married.
Cassandra lashes out at him when he questions her decision, also for stirring up her feelings for him. She then drives him away. The next morning, the de la Torres celebrate the success of their business empire.
Priam receives bad news – their ship transporting smuggled people is being followed by the authorities. This gets him worked up and Jason offers a diabolic solution. Priam gives the order for his men to dump all the containers into the sea before they’re caught.
He then commends his son for giving him such a brilliant idea. Apollo who’s been spying on them all this time is appalled with the sheer wickedness. He vows to make them pay dearly. He doesn’t waste time to act upon it as he plants a bømb under Priam’s chopper.
Apollo videos Priam and his son getting into the chopper. He’s caught by some goons and as he fights them off, an explosion rocks the place when the chopper takes off. Interestingly, Priam is merely wounded by the impact.
His saving grace is that earlier, he had exited the helicopter after receiving word that the senator is on his way to see him. Anyways, Apollo regroups with John, feigning ignorance of the chaos around.
Later, he meets up with Harmonia who isn’t happy for his impulsive actions. She however resolves to cover his tracks. Nyx informs Eros of the breaking news – the supposed dëâth of The Engineer.
Meanwhile, Priam executes his head of security for failing at his job. His right hand man, Hero, reveals that his son’s body is in the custody of the CIB. Speaking of, the CIB easily clamp down on various businesses of The Triangle.
Harmonia suspects something fishy going on since they’re having it too easy. Priam and his associates are itching to have their pound of flesh. Oblivious of the fact that he’s not yet accomplished his mission, Apollo throws caution to the wind to pay Cassandra another visit.
Though she doesn’t receive him with open arms, he holds onto her and urges her to give him another chance. The episode concludes as Apollo ki$$es Cassandra. Read Next Episode On The Iron Heart Episode 5
