Purvi runs to save Satyam just before the stick vendor can hurt him with the poisonous stick. She gets injured as they get into a scuffle. Satyam slaps the man and asks him who sent him. Purvi informs him that there was poison in the stick, which could induce a heart attack, and then she loses consciousness. The man manages to run away. Satyam asks his men to call the doctor as he takes Purvi to a room and lays her down on the bed.
The doctor reaches the haveli with equipment, a nurse, and ward boys. Satyam threatens him to save Purvi. The doctor treats Purvi. Strong winds start blowing. Virender tells Anjali that he is going out to find Purvi. She tells him that he doesn’t know where Purvi is, but he tells her that he knows her location. The kids want to go as well, but he advises them to pray to Kanha Ji for Haathi’s well-being. He leaves.
Satyam asks the doctor about Purvi. The doctor informs him that Purvi is out of danger, but she suddenly stops breathing. The doctor struggles, but Satyam threatens him to save her at any cost or lose his life. Anjali, Juhi, and Manas pray to Kanha Ji for Purvi. The doctor tries again and saves Purvi. Satyam asks him to stay in the haveli until Purvi regains consciousness, but the doctor runs away. The nurse offers to take care of Purvi, but Satyam ignores her and goes to Purvi.
Virender is about to meet with an accident, but the doctor saves him in time. The doctor informs him about Purvi’s heart attack. Virender is shocked. The doctor shares that Satyam/Gajraj is mentally ill and asks him not to let Purvi stay in the haveli before leaving. Purvi regains consciousness. Satyam dismisses the nurse. He asks Purvi if she thought about what would happen to him if anything had happened to her.
“You should not have risked your life to save me,” he says. She replies that she can die for her friend. He refuses to let her leave until she recovers completely. “You must be hungry now,” he says. He orders the servants to bring something for Purvi. A servant gives him an apple, and he feeds Purvi. She notices a tattoo on his hand and recalls seeing it somewhere before. He heads outside to check after hearing some noise. The security guards stop Virender, saying that he can’t go inside without Satyam/Gajraj’s permission.
Satyam tells the guards not to treat Virender like that because he is the ex-Mukhiya of the village. Virender asks him about Purvi. Satyam tells him that she is resting. He hands divorce papers to Virender and tells him to divorce Purvi. Virender says that no one can stop him from meeting Purvi. He beats Satyam, but a guard hits Virender from behind, and he falls down. Purvi finds Renu’s nuptial chain and wonders why Satyam/Gajraj has it.
