Renato Rendezvouses With Lucio & Strives To Get Him On His Side. President Hidalgo Reinstates Cardo & Task Force Agila. Arturo Meets A Terrible End.
Renato travels the long way by boat with his allies, headed for Lucio’s camp. In the meantime, Albert arrives with his men in Tierra Del Diablo alongside Armando and Lolita. Lily takes them inside and charges them to secure the base and ensure that no one gets in.
Renato finally comes face-to-face with Lucio and makes him an offer for power and dominance if he helps him accomplish his goal. Lucio gloats and begins blabbering about their differences, throwing thrëâts here and there.
Unfazed, Renato smirks and states that he eats dëâth threats constantly as meals and isn’t afraid to die. Lucio spells out the atrocities his group is notorious for, asking Renato if he really wants an alliance with them.
Ramil worries that Oscar could betray them again like before since they haven’t heard anything from him until now. Diana doesn’t think it could ever get to that and so does Cardo. However, our favorite hero vows not to forgive him if that turns out to be the case.
Much to Renato’s chagrin, Arturo begins talking down at Lucio and his barbaric group, escalating the situation even further. As if on cue, a wave of officers infiltrate the hideout and they end up in a standoff with Cardo and the Eagles who refuse to surrender, thinking that Oscar has indeed betrayed them again.
Oscar shows up and assures our favorite hero and his comrades that they’re there to escort them safely to the Palace to be reinstated into service.The Eagles are skeptical and Camillo backs up the president.
In the meantime, Arturo and Lucio pull gúñs on each other, the latter having had enough of the former’s dissing. An exchange of words ensues and Arturo leaves on his own after Hipolito snubs him. Unfortunately for him, he ends up tripping the booby traps that have been set about.
Landmines go off and the impact of the explosions knock him to the floor, dazed. As Arturo cries out to Renato for help, Lucio gives Renato the detonator to prove himself to him. Renato takes his sweet time to blow Arturo into oblivion.
Meanwhile, president Hidalgo parades Cardo and Task Force Agila to the press. He proceeds to reinstate them into the police force. Lily reaches out to her contacts with the ridiculous motive of strengthening her forces to reclaim the power she lost.
Ultimately, president Hidalgo officially reinstates Cardo and Task Force Agila. He gives them the mission to capture Lily, Renato, Arturo, Albert and their minions and bring them to justice. Read Next Episode on Brothers Episode 763
