Aidan Faces A Serious Criminal Charge. Rolando Rejects Nico’s Scholarship Offer. Leona Tries To Cover Up Traces of The Lion’s Den.
Leona goes to check up on Aidan and she strives to get him to open the door so she could talk to him. However, Aidan gives her the silent treatment as he tends to his own injuries. When Leona senses Carlos approaching, she hurries to the bedroom and pretends to be asleep.
Carlos walks in and begins staring daggers her direction. He leaves upon receiving a notification on his phone. During breakfast the next morning, Carlos and Leona throw questions at each other as to where they had been last night.
Carlos resolves to give Chiara a ride to school while Cielo charges Leona to do something about the crisis their family is in. Nico has breakfast with Abe and the rest of the group. He gets pretty excited to receive an email on his phone – he’s passed and received a scholarship to Eastside Longford.
Abe and the others tend to get worried since it’s the same school the Fiero kids attend. Lemuel begins his investigation about the bludgeoned fighter who had been dropped outside the hospital and is now in a coma.
As he asks the hospital staff some questions, Aidan shows up and puts up a front to cover up why he’s there. He goes to talk to one of the doctors who happens to be an acquaintance of his.
After he leaves, the suspicious officer confronts the doctor about the comatose patient. In no time, Lemuel shows up at the mansion and arrests Aidan for frustrated homicide.
During the interrogation, Aidan comes clean about the incident and his family strives to do damage control. The dean commends Nico’s efforts and looks forward to having him at the school.
Nico’s excitement dies down when Abe joins them and announces that his son won’t be attending the school. A moment later as father and son argue, Chiara approaches.
Abe hides before he can be recognized. Lemuel and his partner search the location Aidan had given him but they don’t find much evidence there since Leona has already had the underground fight club cleaned up.
Lemuel still catches a break though. Carlos gives Aidan an earful and promises to get him out. He receives a text message informing him that the identity of the owner of the warehouse/fight club has been discovered.Read Next Episode On Dirty Linen Episode 18
