Purvi stands protectively in front of Anjali, vowing to protect her and her unborn baby. “No one will harm your baby while I am here. I will not spare anyone who tries!” she declares. A man attempts to attack them, but Purvi threatens him with a trident, scaring everyone away. Once they are alone, Purvi asks Anjali why people are after her baby. Anjali removes her dupatta, revealing her identity, and hugs Purvi while crying. Meanwhile, Sakshi confronts Virender about how Satyam’s family might perceive Renu’s situation after learning that she runs away with his money and jewellery. She criticizes Arti, calling her a fraud and blaming Virender for trusting her. “Your Bawri has left you!” she says.
Sakshi insists that she should perform the ritual as his rightful wife to protect Renu’s alliance. She urges Virender to think practically and hold her hand, emphasizing her love for him and her role as his wife. Reluctantly, Virender agrees and holds her hand as they head downstairs. Back with Purvi and Anjali, Purvi sits Anjali down and urges her to return to the haveli, but Anjali refuses. When Purvi questions her disappearance and asks to call Yogi, Anjali begs her not to tell anyone about her being alive or her pregnancy. Purvi recalls overhearing Prakashi talking about killing a baby and questions Anjali if this is true.
Anjali confirms it, revealing that Prakashi was talking about her baby. Shocked, Purvi asks why Prakashi would do such a thing when she always prayed to become a grandmother. Anjali reveals the truth: Prakashi wants a grandchild from Yogi, but this baby is not Yogi’s.At the engagement ceremony, Virender asks Renu for her approval to let Prakashi perform the ritual. Purvi tells Anjali I don’t understand how you came in my suitcase. Anjali says it was all Maa’s plan. When you went to pray, Maa exchanged the suitcase and purposely kept my hair hanging out. Purvi says I don’t understand why Maa hates me so much. I respect her like my own mother. Virender may be her stepson, but he loves her so much.
