Cardo Catches Mariano. Ellen Meets An Unfortunate End. Amidst The Recent Scandal, Lily Takes Drastic Measures To Surpass Her Rivals.
The fake president continues to make his escape so desperately. Cardo climbs up to a higher floor and continues searching with absolute determination. In the meantime, Don Ignacio orders his brother to gather their men and prepare them for their revenge on the fishermen and Task Force Agila.
Our favorite hero finally makes out Mariano as he’s escaping. Like an eagle, he soars through the air and stops him in grand style. While Ellen struggles to advance while evading the enemies, the rest of the Eagles join Cardo, surrounding their captive.
Oscar has a talk with Ambo about his sighting of Aurora at the art exhibit of her father. Speaking of, Aurora talks to Lucia about the fishermen from San Andres and how surprised she was to learn that some of them are still alive.
She begins to wonder if her daughter had survived and whether Lolita had raised her. While Ellen is escaping, she’s unfortunately caught by some goons and as she tries to run off, Lolita gúñs her down in cold blood.
The Eagles take Mariano back and he cries out miserably when they come upon Ellen’s dëâd body. On TV, opinions are shared by people in regards to what Mariano did. A lot speak in favour of Cardo and Task Force Agila.
Meanwhile, Lily strives to deal with the effects of Mariano’s actions. She curses at him and vows to finish him off herself if survives. Renato can’t help making a mockery of Lily on account of Mariano’s latest mess.
Aurora lectures her father about the attāçk at the art exhibit. Don Ignacio is surprised when he learns that the fishermen are the survivors of the massacre in San Andres which he and Eduardo orchestrated.
The Eagles deliberate on their situation and what to do with the president. Cardo declares that they must compel him to clear their name and reputation in front of their countrymen. Acting on Lily’s orders, Augustus plants a bomb under a specific car.
Some reporters flood Renato and Arturo and begin questioning them about the incident at the art exhibit. Renato makes it a point to run Lily and the president’s names through the mud. He declares his support for the vice president to take charge as acting president.
Ironically, Lily had planned a step ahead of her rival. Vice president Aveliana gets into his car escape the press that had been hounding him. Augustus spies and presses the detonator, blowing the car up in flames.
