Lily & Renato Face Off. Cardo & Task Force Agila Are Determined To Fulfill Their Mission; Armando Offers His Help. Mariano & Arturo Cause Another Major Scandal.
The episode picks off right from the last one with the continuation of the presidential debate. Cardo and Task Force Agila express their disgust at both questionable candidates, even as they go on arguing their stand and throwing shade at each other.
Ironically, Renato pledges to bring an end to illegal drug activities and tërrørism if elected into power and Lily doesn’t pass up the chance to make mockery of him. As the Eagles and Armando’s group watch the debate, Roxanne notes that none of the candidates have the country’s interest at heart.
Cardo and the others second her. While Ambo and Elizabeth inform Oscar about what’s up on national television, Lily is scrutinized on account of the scandal “Oscar” had caused when he had been caught with another woman. Lily tries to trivialize and politicize the matter.
Renato and Lily give their closing statements as the program comes to a conclusion. Oscar promises to help the people of San Andres once he reclaims his rightful position. Armando informs his group of his decision to help Cardo and Task Force Agila with their mission to get to the president.
At the Palace, Lily and Renato face off and exchange a few choice words.Mariano causes yet another scandal as he tries to go after Arturo after he had thrëâtened him. The guards strive to keep the journalists at bay as Lily manages to restrain the fake president from causing further trouble.
Later, Lily and Renato simultaneously lecture Mariano and Arturo respectively for the huge mess they’ve made.The press lingers around to interview the president but Lily refuses to indulge them. Arturo talks to the press first to milk the situation to his and Renato’s benefit.
Lily then has Mariano face the media to salvage the situation at the detriment of their rivals. Hipolito blows a fuse, hellbent on attaining the highest power no matter what.
