Paula Makes A Difficult Sacrifice; Koleene Discovers Her Mother’s Secret. Laviña Strives To Poisøñ Emilio’s Mind Against Andrei. The Zamoras Receive Terrible News.
Laviña whines to Emilio about how Andrei had proposed to Camille. She claims that Elvie had orchestrated everything in an elaborate plot to use Camille to get his fortune through Andrei. Koleene talks to her mother about Luke and how he had given her the cold shoulder.
Paula tries to cheer her up and even takes her shopping for some clothes. Later, she has a heartfelt conversation with her about her failed marriage. Aljo talks to his mistress-turned-partner about his falling out with Paula and his desire to make it up to their daughter.
During breakfast at the Zamoras, everyone is excited when they learn that Camille and Andrei are now engaged. As if on cue, Andrei receives a phone call from his father’s lawyer. Apparently, Emilio has decided to revoke his inheritance but to hell with it.
Elvie goes to see Emilio and tries to talk some sense into him. After Paula sees Koleene off for school, Luke suddenly shows up to confront her for trying to set him up with her daughter. He notes that she’s the one he løves.
Things get pretty awkward when Koleene returns and Paula makes it seem like Luke came to pick her up. Meanwhile, Camille sets up Andrei and Emilio to have a talk and patch things up. It goes considerably well without much of a hitch as father and son eventually come to an agreement.
At home, Myke throws a fit when Paula and Elvie ask about their investments. Marvi comes clean about them getting scammed. Elvie and Paula worry about their houses which they had used as collateral.
Andrei suggests a probable way to handle the situation. Laviña calls Emilio’s lawyer and she’s exasperated to find out that Emilio hadn’t pushed through with his decision to disinherit Andrei. At the gym, Paula apologizes to Luke for getting him into the mess of the investment scam.
Koleene walks in on them as they’re cosied up to each other. She confronts them and storms off in disbelief after confirming her suspicions that they’re together. Meanwhile, Andrei goes out of his way to help Camille’s family with the investment scam case.
