Andrei Faces More Stumbling Blocks But Remains Adamant To Quit. Elvie Breaks Down After Seeing Her Son. Camille Is Surprised By Andrei’s Actions.
Andrei resolves to carry through with his project in spite of his father’s disapproval. Marvi and Paula try to convince Elvie to honor the contract she had signed with Emilio in regards to Andrei.
Meanwhile, Emilio goes to see his son at the office and whines to him for going behind his back to get the board’s approval. Andrei snubs him after indulging him for a while. Camille had overheard everything and can’t help but to feel sorry for him.
At home, she blabbers to Elvie about what Andrei has been going through. Elvie urges her to stay out of their issues. Later, she recalls her agreement with Emilio. Lavina nags Emilio about Andrei’s recent actions and blabbers about his presence being a constant reminder of his mother’s deception.
Andrei comes upon the scene and gives them both a piece of his mind, declaring that they can’t get rid of him that easily. because he’s just as entitled.Later, Andrei manages to secure the support of the biggest sponsor of his project. Following an argument with her daughter, Paula has a falling out with Elvie when she tries to lecture her.
Lavina has a talk with Patricia (Andrei’s ex) about their shared resentment for Andrei and their desire to see him come to nothing. Pat blabbers about wanting payback for being hurt by him. On the way home, Camille gets beaten by the rain and Cedric tries to go to her rescue. However, Andrei shows up out of nowhere and shields her with his umbrella.
Camille thanks him for his help and Andrei drives her home. Elvie reconciles with Paula and has a glimpse of Andrei as he leaves. She later breaks down and her friends console her. The next day at the office, Andrei receives bad news – his sponsors have backed out. His father comes to see him and they have a heated argument.
Camille interferes and gets chewed out by Emilio, only for Andrei to speak in her defence. Later, Lavina gossips to Pat about the incident. Pat goes to the company and spies as Camille thanks Andrei for defending her. Andrei states that he couldn’t let his dad disrespect her because she’s important to him.
