Camille Goes Out Of Her Way To Help Andrei. Elvie’s Unsettling Secret Is Revealed. Andrei Saves Camille. Emilio Remains A Stumbling Block.
The episode begins with a woman lamenting to the doctor about the money she had lost. Apparently, she had borrowed it from a loan shark and traveled a long distance with her daughter to get her treated for cancer. Kelvin enters with the rest of the kids to return the money and the woman expresses her utmost appreciation.
Camille goes to see Mr. Mercado and she tries to convince him to give Andrei’s proposal a second chance. When Elvie wakes up, Marvi and Paula inform her of what’s been going on with Camille. Elvie begins to get troubled. Speaking of, Camille goes to Infinity Tech to tell Andrei the good news.
She finds him in a drunken stupor, crying his heart out. She resolves to console and take care of him. The next morning at the hospital, Camille tells Elvie and her other aunts about Andrei and how he had been abandoned by his mother during his childhood.
Interestingly, Elvie happens to be Andrei’s mother. At Infinity Tech, Andrei gives Camille an advanced payment as a part-timer. The next day, he is delighted when Mr. Mercado comes to terms with his WiFi project.
Later at the office, some workers talk to him about the incident last night with Camille during his drunken stupor. Andrei claims not to remember anything. At the coffee shop, Ric shows up and makes a ridiculous attempt to get back together with Camille.
When he gets turned down, he tries to impose. Andrei comes to the rescue and gets punched in the belly. Camille thanks him and apologizes for the trouble. Later, she visits her aunt at the hospital and leaves behind her phone to go and settle the bills.
A phone call comes in from Andrei and Elvie answers and gets quite emotional to hear his voice. In spite of his father having rejected his project, Andrei remains determined to convince the board to agree to it. Together with Camille, they present the project to the board, only for Emilio to intrude and interfere.
