Hugo Survives A Critical Situation. Helena Is Finally Brought To Justice. Together With Their Loved Ones, Ali & Eloy Have Their Happy Ending.
The episode begins with Hugo and Eloy’s meeting with Helena. Helena makes her brother the offer to return Grand Horizon to him on the condition that he calls off the investigation. Hugo however makes it clear to her that she will pay for everything she’s done.
He takes a sip from a glass of water before leaving with company. Upon arriving at the mansion, Hugo suffers a stroke.Helena has her stuff packed to skip town and Rosales doesn’t get to her house in time with the arrest warrant to apprehend her.
Ali takes the interview for the much awaited medical program, impressing the panel of doctors. Unfortunately, she’s compelled to ask for a reschedule when she learns of Hugo’s stroke.At the hospital, the doctor is unsuccessful in figuring out the cause of Hugo’s stroke.
When Ali asks Eloy where they had been recently, Eloy is horrified to realize that Helena had poisoned Hugo. With Red’s help, Rosales and his men manage to intercept Helena and take her into custody.
The toxic substance is identified but before the doctor can begin the process of tests and extractions, Hugo’s vitals start dropping. The old man has a vision of his late wife and daughter as the doctor tries to revive him. Eventually, Hugo flatlines when he takes Olivia’s hand. Devastated, Ali and Eloy weep, pleading for him to wake up.
Subconsciously, Hugo hears them calling out to him and painstakingly let’s go of Olivia’s hand. Suddenly, his vitals perk up much to the relief of everyone.Ali and Hugo bring Hugo home and the house staff gladly welcomes him. Later, the young couple deliberate on their relationship and the obstacles they had overcome.
Helena is beside herself in prison to find out that her beloved brother had survived. She’s incarcerated in a mental facility while Evangelista receives a warm welcome in prison. 5 years later, Atty./Chairman Eloy picks up Dr. Ali at her hospital. Hugo visits his sister at the facility. Rosales and Margie finally tie the knot together.
When Eloy is asked when he would do the deed, he notes that he’s waiting for Ali to be ready first.Later, Dr. Ali attends to Hugo and when questioned on the same matter, she reveals her plan to propose to Eloy. However, things don’t go according to plan for her as Eloy beats her to the chase with the help of his grandpa.
In the presence of all their løved ones, Eloy proposes to Ali and she gladly accepts much to everyone’s delight. At long last, Margie’s business becomes a household name. Pat works as her promoter after her graduation. Captain Rosales opens up his private investigation firm after retiring from service.
Fred uses his auto shop to support his fellow parolees while Grandma Heart wins Captain of district 11 by a landslide.Tino and Chubs settle down together. Gemma gets engaged to Ali’s former bodyguard. Queenie remains the private nurse and tourist guide of Hugo, Jimmy and Bart.
Jill, who’s in a relationship with Joseph, continues Hugo’s advocacy as CEO of Grand Horizon Realty while Eloy remains chairman. Red graduates with a degree in criminology and works for Captain Rosales’ private investigation firm.
Daddy Ays opens a bigger computer shop. Tox takes up BA International Studies Major in Japanese, still going strong with Red. Ultimately, Ali and Eloy spend some time together at their favorite spot. They’re both compelled to cut short their moment when duty calls.
