Ali & Eloy Have A Conflict Of Opinions. Following The Success Of The Mediacon,
Helena Openly Declares War Against Hugo.
The episode begins with Eloy’s arrival home. Heart, Rosales and co inform him about how Helena had been putting on an act when Evangelista supposedly attäçked her. Later, Tox questions Eloy about Red’s whereabouts and he merely assures her that there’s no cause for alarm.
Ali decides to pick up a phone call from the creep of her father. Joey thanks her for giving him the chance to talk to her before. He brings up med school and makes an offer which Ali turns down.
Ali turns down Eloy’s offer to have him and the company sponsor her tuition for med school, saying that she wants to achieve her dreams by her own efforts. Later, Hugo counsels Ali on her disagreement with Eloy.
At Grand Horizon, Jimmy warns Eloy that Helena and her cohorts, Carlos inclusive, are possibly plotting to ruin his plan regarding the mediacon. He proposes a plan to bypass them. Hugo encourages Ali to go for her dreams.Later, he asks the help of Gemma and Chubs to plan a surprise. Fred works on Hugo’s car.
Joey the creep shows up at the Fajardos in search of Ali. Tox floods Red’s inbox with messages and he finally calls her to assure her that he’s fine. Having ignored each other all day, Ali and Eloy both apologize to each other and make up when the latter returns home that night.
The next morning, Eloy, Ali and Hugo all dressed up for the mediacon at Grand Horizon. They soon arrive at the company. With formalities out of the way, Eloy takes the stage to give a speech about the origin of Grand Horizon and his plan to compensate the victims of the land grabbing. Everything goes on smoothly without a glitch.
While Hugo goes on a date with Ali and Eloy in the car Fred had fixed, Helena calls for an emergency meeting to urge the board to redraw their support for Eloy’s compensation packages. Jimmy objects to it. He later confronts her on account of her treachery and she declares that she’s going to beat Hugo at the war he started against her.
