Ellen is glad that President Hidalgo still hasn’t been found. To her, that means that Mariano can continue being the president while she looks forward to getting back at Lily. Speaking of, Lily and Arturo clash over their deferring opinions and priorities in respect to their enemies.
Arturo sees Lily as someone no longer trustworthy. After another altercation with Mariano, Lily gives Cassandra a down payment of the 90 million they had agreed on.Cassandra accepts the 30 million and agrees to tell Mariano about the pregnancy.
Oscar and his companions continue their journey and they manage to find a convenient spot to hide from their pursuers. Brooding by himself, Oscar berates Lily for her unmatched wickedness, beating himself up for falling victim to her shenanigans. Don Ignacio goes to check up on one of his businesses.
He deals drastically with one of his men who had stolen from him.Armando has a talk with Samuel about their plans, hell-bent on making Don Ignacio die by Mara’s hand come what may. Arturo relives his wicked days and looks forward to calling the shots from now on.
He will no longer rely on Lily or Renato. Albert is eager to track Lito and take him down while Lito has plans of making it big and exterminating his enemies. Cardo broods over the situation of his group and the country, wondering if they should stay in hiding or face their enemies head-on.
Albert learns of the 20 billion drug transaction and Lito’s interest in it. He plans to take advantage and make a name for himself. Lily comes to see Lito at the hideout and fails to convince him to sit out the transaction tomorrow for the sake of safety.
Lito promises not to expose himself while he makes sure that things go smoothly. Lily is worked up over her inability to track down Oscar. She looks forward to reclaiming the power of the Palace. Cardo considers facing all his enemies on his own and putting an end to their reign of terror and corruption.
