The episode begins with Ali talking to Eloy about her dreams of becoming a medical doctor. Margie lashes out at Jay for the dêspiçable things he had done to their family and the creep laments, saying that he’s regretful and just wants to get to know Ali.
Speaking of, Eloy takes Ali on a fancy date at a restaurant. Tox tends to get worried when her father puts meaning into her fake relationship with Red. On this note, she decides to keep on with the act.Eloy and Ali reflect on their initial encounter at Juan Pacific hotel.
Rosales expresses his worries over Jay’s presence and Margie notes that it’s only Ali who can decide whether she wants to talk to him or not. Hugo assigns a bodyguard to Ali following the incident at the hotel. Ali tries in vain to object to it. Grandma Heart gets ready to leave with Eloy for her job at Grand Horizon. She has the ulterior motive of keeping an eye on both Eloy and Ali there at the company.
