Don Ignacio is informed by one of his lackeys about the security details for the art exhibit and the First Lady. In the meantime, Armando’s group dine together at their mansion to celebrate the last days of their mortal enemy.
Recalling the atrocities of Don Ignacio, Mara vows to avenge the dëâths of her companions. Jerome, Ramil and a couple of the guys have an altercation with some goons in the street. They decide not to engage them so they don’t expose themselves.
Task Force Agila deliberates on how to survive with their limited resources and options. Having learnt not to be reckless anymore, Cardo declares that they would only go against their enemies again once they’ve strengthened themselves enough.
Lucas makes a futile attempt to talk Mara out of carrying out her mission. He also fails to convince her to give him a chance to be with her. A moment later, he goes to see Armando to ask him to reconsider the group’s plan. Armando vehemently insists on letting Mara go on the mission alone to k!ll Don Ignacio.
Cassandra practically rejects Mariano and shoves off his advances after finding out that he’s a fake. Oscar and his companions manage to evade Renato and his minions and keep them from seeing them. Lily has an exchange of words with Arturo over their plans against Oscar and Cardo.
Arturo gets upset over Lily’s insults and plans to make her pay. Oscar arrives at Bernie’s, his friend’s place, with Ambo and Elizabeth.He recounts the ordeal he had suffered at the hands of his enemies at the Palace. Bernie agrees to help them to get in touch with Cardo and Task Force Agila.
While Armando has a talk with his wife about the incident with Lucas earlier, Diana has a conversation with Roxanne about their situation and the cause they’re fighting for, lifting up her spirits with her encouragement. Meanwhile, Cardo broods over the very same thing. He prays for the well-being of the group and looks forward to getting justice for his wife’s dëâth and that of her parents.
