Arturo talks to Lily about his wife’s strange behavior of late and she plays dumb and somewhat concerned, urging him to keep an eye on her. Meanwhile, Ellen delivers another speech from Renato for Mariano to memorize. Mariano makes a pathetic attempt to reconcile with her.
Later, Cassandra shows up and seduces him to bed. Lily visits Lito to tell him that it’s high time she introduced him to her business partners. Vera plans to get rid of Fernando’s family once and for all. Cardo and Task Force Agila tend to be vigilant in the event that the enemy returns.
Lito is reluctant to face Lily’s business partners until he redeems himself by having his revenge on the two foreigners who betrayed him. Lily then contacts the foreigners to set up a supposed business meeting with them tonight.
Some goons spy on Fernando’s house and report back to Vera. Lito rallies his men to deal with the foreigners. Mariano hails Renato during the press conference at the Palace to boost his reputation. Grandma Flora and Yolly are exasperated and concerned when they see the news report on TV.
As Mr. Wood and Hanson are awaiting Lily’s arrival, Lito storms their hideout with his men and easily exterminates the enemy’s forces. He then confronts the foreigners and captures them. Lily plans to stop Hipolito from going on his foreign state visits to better his chances in the elections.
After Arturo promises to help, she gives him a brown envelope, saying that there’s something he needs to know about his wife. Arturo goes to his office and plugs in the external hard drive he had found in the envelope into his laptop. Lo and behold, it’s video clips of his wife’s affair with Mariano.
Arturo snaps and after confronting Ellen, he goes to face Mariano. A fight breaks out and as the guards try to maintain order amidst the chaos, Arturo snatches a gün and holds Mariano at güñpoint. Having untied himself, Oscar crawls out of the room he had been confined in.
