Cardo Unleashes His Wrath On Albert & His Men. Vera Plots His Revenge Against Fernando. Lia Confronts Cardo; Tension Develops In Task Force Agila.
The episode begins with Lia’s debriefing. In front of Albert and the other black ops members, she recounts the initial incident that had occurred when Cardo åttaçked Albert’s team at the bar, how she had pursued him and eventually gotten captured.
She then recounts her supposed escape from our favorite hero, claiming that she had been able to do so while Cardo had been distracted by his grandpa who was wounded. Meanwhile, Mariano desperately tries to make up with Ellen.
The black ops are skeptical of Lia’s claims as they suspect that she’s hiding something. A moment later while Lia is on her way out, Albert goes to confront her. He actually thrëâtens to make her suffer if he finds out that she’s in cahoots with the enemy.
Lia returns to Diana and the others to update them while Albert heads back inside to rant more of his empty thrëâts against Cardo. Cardo makes himself known as he begins shooting at the officers. Ramil joins the fun and Lia is taken by surprise when she realizes what’s going on.
Albert the loudmouth gets wounded and it’s by dumb luck that it’s not fatal. Eventually, Cardo and Ramil escape unscathed after taking out a batch of the black ops. At the Palace, Arturo offers to take Ellen out for a special dinner in order to make it up to her.
While the wounded Albert is being taken to the hospital via ambulance with Lia as company, he continues ranting like always. Upset over Fernando’s betrayal, Vera plots to get back at him. Lily and Arturo plot to frustrate Renato’s chances of becoming president.
Cardo returns to the hideout with Ramil and feeds the others a ridiculous story to cover up their disappearance. Diana suspects he’s involved in the guñfight earlier. Some goons posing as patients kidñap Audrey from the hospital. It doesn’t take long for Lia to arrive home and she angrily goes to confront Cardo over the stunt he had pulled, blowing his cover.
Cardo justifies his actions and Lia demands for him to leave with his group tomorrow morning. Cardo’s actions cause a rift among the group members. Diana and Roxanne try in vain to reason with Lia to change her mind since they have nowhere else to go.
