Ramil is restrained in the stables and when Lito shows up to confront him, he lashes out at him for betraying Cardo and the group. He then accuses him of being responsible for Alyana’s dëâth. Lito gets upset and beats him up, whining and saying that it wasn’t his fault.
On the phone, Delfin talks to Grandma Flora about Cardo and the trouble with his blasted in-laws. Speaking of, Teddy and Virgie actually plan to find another way to escape again. After taking some desserts to Lia, Cardo moves away and for the first time in a long time, he has the sense to use his mobile phone.
He calls his grandma to check up on her and she tries to talk him out of whatever he might be planning for his revenge.Lily laments to Arturo over how Renato has been gradually stealing the power they’ve been holding on to through Mariano.
She notes that they have to retain control over president Hidalgo so they would not lose their power to Renato. Cardo wonders what to do next, what to do with Lia and why he can’t seem to take revenge on her like he had desired.
Renato calls Lito on the phone to lash out at him for the botched transaction. Lito whines about how Lara’s father is coming for him but Renato who doesn’t give a damn vows to make him pay dearly. Back at the Palace, Lily has a talk with Augustus about her plan to use Lito to bring down Renato.
Cardo gives Lia a piece of his mind when she asks when he’ll stop his quest for vengeance. Arturo ignorantly shares Lily’s plans with his wife and she leaves in a hurry, obviously to snitch to her partner in crime. Meanwhile, Lia makes a pretty pathetic attempt to convince Cardo to let her go and turn himself in.
Cardo lashes out at her, stating that she should pay with her life for his wife’s unreasonable dëâth. Lia apologizes for what had happened and when Cardo questions her about that operation, she reveals the intel the black ops had received about their exact whereabouts.
Cardo then suspects that Lito was the rat. Renato and Jacob head over to Lito’s mansion with their men, eager to dish out their payback. Cassandra tells her aunt about how she’s found a way to steal Mariano from Ellen. Ellen goes to confront Mariano in his room and thrëâtens him to hold up to the end of their bargain.
Lily goes to see Oscar in the private room to blabber about how she would never let Renato beat her to the chase. She vows to have the last laugh and take over the presidency. She then orders Augustus to have Oscar’s handcuffs replaced with ropes so his wrists don’t decompose from the bruises.
In the meantime, Cardo is confronted by the owners of the boat for trespassing and he tries to diffuse the situation. When the men realize who he is, they leave silently. A moment later, the boat owners return with some policemen to find that Cardo and Lia have disappeared.
Hipolito storms the mansion with Jacob to make Lito pay for the fortune he had lost. To save himself, Lito reveals that he has information on the whereabouts of his greatest enemy – Cardo and Task Force Agila. Meanwhile, Cardo decides to take Lia back to the hideout of the group.
