Lia Escapes Cardo’s Clutches & Calls For Help; Cardo Recaptures Her. Renato & Lito Scheme Against Each Other. The Eagles Engage The Black Ops In A Dëadly Gúñ Battle.
The episode begins with Teddy telling his equally miserable wife that he’s already told Delfin that they should leave their house. Virgie wants them to move out immediately but Teddy will rather wait for the others to return first. While Lara’s group gossip about how Ramil had k!lled Salvador out of self defense, Lito talks to Ramil about his business partnership with Hipolito.
He plans to let Ramil face Hipolito once they’ve gotten rid of Cardo but for now, he must disappear for a while since the Vulture is on his way over with his protege. Meanwhile, Lia actually carries through with her plan to escape; She slips out of the house through the window while Cardo is asleep.
Unlike the nightmare she had earlier, she goes to seek the help of the caretakers. They take her to their place and allow her to use the phone. Lia tries in vain to reach Albert on the phone so she resolves to call the local precinct to make a report about Cardo.
Speaking of, our favorite hero wakes up and when he finds Lia missing, he takes sudden action by grabbing a gün and going in search of her. Lia hides and hightails it through the forest and Cardo goes after her and catches her in no time.Jacob goes along with Lito and Lara’s group to meet a client of theirs for a transaction while Renato listens in secretly.
Jacob makes a scene that scares the client silly. Now back at the caretakers’ place, Cardo holds Lia captive and vows to finish her off if she tries to escape again. An exchange of words ensues. Renato talks to Lito and Lara about their business expansion and how he has the president under his control.
Ramil spies and later talks to Lito about how Renato isn’t trustworthy. Lito and Renato plan to betray each other one way or the other. The Eagles run into a black ops checkpoint in town and their attempts to slip away doesn’t go so well. They’re compelled to speed through the manned barrier.
The black ops go in pursuit of the infamous group. When Albert learns of this, he calls Arturo to notify him and he charges him to exterminate the group and leave only one of them alive so they can interrogate them for Cardo’s whereabouts. Having reached a dead end, the Eagles have no choice but to stand their ground and face the enemy head-on.
An intense gúñ battle ensues that leads to several of Albert’s men being taken down.After a while, the Eagles grab the opportunity to escape and Andrea’s persistence to stop them ends in her miserable dëâth.
Albert arrives a moment too late to do anything. With Andrea’s dying breath, she asks him to deliver her apology to Lia for their betrayal. The episode concludes with Albert firing his güñ and crying out Cardo’s name so pathetically.
