Lito Riles Up Teddy & Virgie Against Cardo & His Group. Renato & Lily Make Plans Of Their Own Amidst Ellen’s Return. Cardo Finds A New Hideout With His Captive.
Albert is pretty upset when his men tell him that there’s no evidence that had been left behind to track down Cardo. Ambo notifies Mariano about Arturo’s vacation abroad and he begins to get worked up thinking that Ellen is going with him. Ironically, Mariano neither has a cellphone nor Ellen’s phone number to contact her.
Anyway, Arturo is actually going abroad to visit his son before he can begin planning his revenge against our favorite hero. Ellen plans to take advantage of his absence to get closer to Mariano and actually use him to dominate the Palace. Meanwhile, Lily informs Cassandra about the situation at the Palace as well as her dirty secrets and she gladly agrees to do whatever is asked of her.
Lito takes his lackeys along to the hideout to confront the Eagles about their leader’s whereabouts. Speaking of, Cardo pulls over somewhere and carries the still-unconscious Lia on his shoulders through the forest. Back at the hideout, Lito blabbers about what Cardo had done to his allies and makes it a point to provoke them.
Ramil adds to the trouble as always and after Lito taunts Delfin, Teddy calls for order and asks to have a private talk with him and Lara. Cassandra approaches Mariano, dressed seductively. She introduces herself as Arturo’s new assistant and Mariano seems to be swooning over her.
Ellen receives a phone call from Renato, telling her about the next phase of their plan to ensure Renato’s freedom and then their dominance over the entire Palace and the country as a whole. A moment later, Ellen almost gives Mariano a heart attäçk when she shows up suddenly and finds him too close to Cassandra.
Lily rears her ugly head to taunt Ellen and she and Cassandra put on a show of not knowing each other. In the meantime, Lara twists the truth of what had actually happened at the club, giving the irritating old couple more reason to resent our favorite hero. Lito urges Teddy to kick out Delfin and the others but the ungrateful old man is reluctant to do so.
Cardo leaves Lia near the forefront of the forest and he sneaks his way into a nearby house to examine the place. Albert and his blasted team return to headquarters to talk about their plan to track down Cardo at all cost and retrieve their comrade.
Ellen lashes out at Mariano for taking an interest in Cassandra and he denies it and tries to calm her down. Renato calls to tell Mariano about his plan to speed up his acquittal. Meanwhile, Cardo sneaks out of the house to retrieve Lia and carry her back inside amidst the barking of the dog belonging to the neighbors.
Lily charges Cassandra to entice Mariano and get some information out of him. The neighbors who work for a certain colonel are putting things in place for his arrival. They plan to go and clean up his room which now happens to be the new hideout of Cardo.
