Lia Catches Albert In Bed With His Mistress, Ignorant Of The Looming Threat To Their Lives. Lily Plots To Eliminate Mariano’s Allies. Lara’s Group Has A Taste Of Cardo’s Wrath.
Cardo observes silently with his güñ ready as Lia goes into Albert’s house, calling his name. There’s no response because Albert is busy making out with Andrea in the bedroom. Lia heads up the stairs and eventually, she’s appalled when she catches her boyfriend in bed with her supposed friend.
An altercation and a battle of words ensues, with Lia kicking Andrea out of the house. She lashes out at Albert for his betrayal and the douche actually justifies his actions. Lia storms out of the house headed for her car and Albert goes after her. Cardo takes aim but doesn’t get a clear shot.
On the phone, Jacob tells Renato about his concerns regarding Lara’s group. Renato urges his protege not to do anything that could jeopardize their plan while he’s still away. While Albert strives to catch up with Lia on the road, the Eagles discuss Cardo’s situation and Ramil’s betrayal while Albert strives to catch up with Lia on the road, all to no avail.
Ramil looks forward to impressing Lito and becoming his right-hand man. Renato plans to take advantage of Arturo’s absence at the Palace. Meanwhile, Lia is at some park contemplating her situation. As she’s about to toss her engagement ring away, she sees a lovely couple nearby and begins to entertain the thoughts that she’s to blame for her boyfriend’s infidelity.
In the meantime, Albert makes plans with his buddies to go drinking at a club. Lily goes to the private room to see Oscar and she begins whining about how Cardo and his group had gotten away with Diana and Teddy.
Subconsciously, Oscar is relieved to know that his allies are safe and sound. Lily plans to get rid of all of Mariano’s allies so she can regain control over him. Ironically, Mariano still has the ridiculous dream of becoming the president and ruling with Ellen by his side.
Lara’s group decides to head to the club to blow off some steam and they have an unfriendly encounter with Albert’s buddies. Albert is headed to the very same place, unknown to him that Cardo is tailing him. At the hideout, Diana tries to talk some sense into Virgie when she begins with her whining again.
Albert arrives at the club and when Lara sees him, she begins blabbering to her friends about how he gives her people a hard time with their shipments whenever he’s not satisfied with the bribe money they give him. Anyway, Albert joins his buddies at their table and begins with his ego rant.
Cardo walks into the club with a solemn face, carrying his güñ in a sack. When Lara’s group spots him, they confront him with their trash talking. Cardo warns them to back off but when they prove stubborn, he beats the living daylights out of the guys while Lara and her female acquaintances look on.
Our favorite hero then grabs his güñ and heads upstairs where he finds Albert and his buddies drinking and making merry. While Lia begins wandering around the club in search of her sorry excuse of a boyfriend, Cardo gazes at Albert with his signature scowl while slowly reaching for his güñ.
