While Arturo Mourns His Loss, Lily Plots To Use Him For Her Benefit. Ramil & Lara’s Group Pick A Fight With The Eagles. Mariano Defies Lily. Cardo Faces Off With Lito.
The episode begins with Arturo looking on in despair as his daughter’s body is being transported to the ambulance. He continues cursing and vowing to have his revenge on Cardo as Albert and his miserable team stand nearby. Grandpa Delfin counsels Cardo on his situation. Our favorite hero is determined to avenge his wife’s dëâth and Delfin urges him not to be too reckless and risk ruining his life completely.
A moment later, Delfin goes to check up on Teddy. He makes a pathetic attempt to talk some sense into his irritating wife in regards to their resentment towards his grandson. Arturo mourns his daughter’s dëâth, followed by oaths of vengeance. Lily tries in vain to reach Art on the phone. She plans to use his anger against Cardo in order to eliminate him.
While the Eagles discuss their situation, Lito shows up with his men in tow, as well as Ramil to check up on Teddy. Much to the distaste of Delfin and the others, Virgie welcomes and indulges him. A moment later, she blabbers about their childhood, just as Lito reflects on the last time he had screwed Alyana and locked her up.
Irritating Virgie resumes with her whining against our favorite hero. “Oscar” Mariano is having dinner in peace when Lily joins him and declares that they would be going to the wake of Arturo’s daughter to pay their blasted respects. Virgie brings Lito to see her husband and he puts on a pathetic show of concern. In the meantime, Cardo is evidently upset when he learns of Lito’s presence at the hideout.
In the company of Lara’s group, Ramil makes it a point to jeer our favorite hero. As planned, Lily takes “Oscar” along to Clarisse’s wake to offer her fake condolences. She puts on quite a great performance. In the meantime, the Eagles notice how Ramil and Lara’s group are staring at them and grouching among themselves.
One in particular tries to provoke Roxanne but Diana steps in to diffuse the situation. The girls rejoin the guys at their table and Delfin notices that the female major is upset. Roxanne recounts how Lara’s group were bragging about their wealth, connections and equipment, and Delfin urges her not to let them get to her because they’re all talk and no bite.
At the wake, Lily tries to convince Mariano to make the effort to sympathize with Arturo and show some respect for the dëâd. Mariano taunts her, declaring that she’s no longer the boss of him. Lito continues with his pathetic performance as he assures Teddy and Virgie that he would do everything to avenge their daughter’s dëâth.
Meanwhile, Ramil deliberately provokes Cardo and his group. An exchange of words ensue and Lito comes to add to the trouble, finally showing his true colors. He has an altercation with Cardo; punches are exchanged and güñs are drawn.
