Eloy & Hugo Take Ali By Surprise As Atty. Evangelista Gets Double For His Trouble. Captain Rosales Revisits Ali’s Testimony. Ali’s Stubbornness Begins To Take A Toll On Her Health.
Eloy shows himself and he indulges atty. Evangelista when he gives him his car keys and orders him to park his car well. A moment later, the rotten lawyer confronts Ali about Jill’s accusations. As Hugo observes nearby, Ali taunts him and puts him in his place and Evangelista vows to sue her and send her to prison if his suspicions are confirmed.
Eloy resurfaces to hear that last part and to Ali’s surprise, he comes to her defense and makes the lawyer look stüpid with his hearsay. Hugo finally comes over and Ali is surprised yet again (Jill too) when he confronts the attorney and warns him to never meddle in the affairs of his household. Hugo demands for the lawyer to focus on his job and not baseless rumours.
Captain Rosales reflects on Ali’s testimony regarding the hotel theft and he finds a connection between the fraud case involving her mother and the “Michael” guy. He proceeds to call Ali on the phone to ask her about it but then she’s rendered speechless, even more so when she’s left staring at Eloy who pulls over nearby on his motorcycle.
Eventually, before getting off the phone, Ali agrees to head over to the precinct to discuss her testimony. Eloy expresses concern for her regarding the nasty rumours going on about her and they begin throwing critical questions at each other.
Hugo meets up with his buddy Jimmy to confirm whether there’s any loophole in the NDA he signed with Ali. At the police station, Ali fills in Captain Rosales about everything she knows about Eloy/Michael. As she blabbers animatedly, Rosales can’t help but to smile since Ali reminds him of her mother Margie.
Later, Ali talks to her mother on the phone about her friendship with the captain. Eloy continues investigating his father’s case with the help of his buddies. The next morning, the sleep depraved Ali is on her way to the mansion when she dozes off and misses her stop.
Eventually, she wakes up agitated since she’s already late for work. She asks the driver why he hadn’t woken her up and he retorts, saying that he’s not an alarm clock. In the meantime, the house staff gossip about Ali’s lateness and Eloy who had been eavesdropping pulls a fast one on them.
Captain Rosales heads over to the mechanic shop to ask around about Eloy. Hugo goes to check up on his car and Eloy tells him that it would take about three months to repair it completely because the parts needed haven’t arrived yet. Ali shows up and she’s appalled to see that Hugo is trying to drive outside to prove a point to Eloy.
She stands in the way and refuses to let him drive, saying that it’s not good for him. Ali ends up collapsing on the floor and she’s quickly taken to the hospital. Dino who had witnessed everything informs his coworkers about the incident and they begin with their gossip.
At the hospital, Eloy manages to revive Ali by blowing air on her face as suggested by Hugo. They laugh it off before Ali is taken to the doctor for examination. Ultimately, Eloy manages to talk Hugo out of driving himself. The old man happens to take a liking to him since he sees a semblance of himself in Eloy.
